      I placed an order with this company for a watch, i paid ******. I tried to cancel the order on the day it was placed 8/30/2024 but they ignored my emails and told me i had the wrong number when i called them. They then expedited the shipment so cancelling was not possible. all attempts to contact have been unsuccessful. there is no info for returning their junk.

      Read reviews, some good, some bad, and watching numerous ******* videos on quality of the product, I knew it wasnt up to par with the big name brands. As I am a sushi chef struggling to make a living to support my wife and four kids, this seemed reasonable idea versus overpaying for a smartwatch that cost as much as my phone at the time 5 years ago. I realized the ******* reviewers that were positive probably used the watches a couple weeks versus a month. Ive seen the delta pro smashed with hammers, but when I washed my hands and it had some splash (granted Ive never showered with it just in case) the screen wouldnt work. No touch screen and sound was poor. Out of nowhere, within a month. Warranty return was like 14 days. I dont want my money back, Im not even mad that its a foreign cheap brand and Ill take blame on that. Im more upset that someone cant replace it and Ill be a returning customer. I know its not water proof, but hammer proof but make sure you dont wash your hands! I loved the watch so much and had so much pride wearing it. While I was away from family I could read I love you, or your baby just did this for the first time type messages. Not that it matters to anyone, or this company. Im just ranting. I cant afford costas but they replace manufacturer errors, thats why Ill always buy more and spend more. This time I spent more than I wanted to try and trust a company and someone had a positive impact off my mistake of trusting. If it still worked, I would be a fan to buy more for myself, family and friends. All I have to say is I wash my hands more than I hit my hand with a hammer. ***, sorry for the rant.

      I placed an order with Alpha Gear/Alpha Watch on January 19, 2024 for three of there watches the Alpha watch, the Bravo XL watch, and the Raptor watch.. I called and did not get an answer, so I emailed the company on January 20, ************************************************************ the watches at Overpriced prices.. I found the same watches on other sites for 3 times less for each watch than what they charged me. They ignored my request to cancel the order, and shipped the order out on January 22, 2024.. I have emailed this company continuously for a entire month, with little to no communication back from them.. After a month of emailing them about returning the items they shipped which I did not want. They wanted me to return them to an address which looks like no one owns. But I shipped the items with a signature required, and no one has signed for the package. This company is a straight up rip off, as shady as they come.. I should of researched them more and not just look at their paid reviews... I want Alpha Watch/Alpha Gear or whoever they are to be held accountable.. I want to be refunded the full amount of my purchase ($355.91 & $19.70 for the return shipping) that has been returned to their return address they sent me, *************************************************************************. For a total of $375.61. That is what I am requesting from this company...

      The watch just stopped working the face disappeared and the app erased the data and doesn't connect to the watch anymore. The face of the watch looks like a glow like it's on but it won't reboot.

      Order AS36241, I ordered a watch Dec 15th 2022, it hasn't been a year and the band broke, they claimed I didn't purchase a 1 year warranty, there was no mention of purchasing any one year warranty. Their website claims a 2 year warranty on parts and normal wear and tear.

      I purchased a Delta Smart watch and the watch band fell apart along with the strap holder. I have tried to cont Alfastrong through the provided phone number and email and neither is valid. I am just trying to aquire the items to be able to wear my watch but cannot contact the company to get any assistance.

      I purchased a watch on May 23rd for $144.00 and now the watch no longer will charge. How do I get a replacement watch? It is within the 90 day return period and I do not wish to have it repaired but replaced as I think a watch at this price point should last longer then 2 months. I have attached my order information.       I purchased a watch from this company 30 days ago and the watch stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent me their return policy, which was seven days after purchase unacceptable companies like this should not be allowed to do business in *****************. its a Chinese based companies misleading ********* with the **-based company address again. BS doesnt exist. The phone numbers you can fine for the company are fake phone numbers and I dont think its fair to pray on veterans and hard-working military first responders as they do in their ads. These products they sell are complete garbage. All I wanted was my $97 refunded and the company. doesnt care about its customers. Ive read all the Better Business Bureau complaints. How does this company even exist?

      I bought this watch and received it on 5/11/23. It is advertised as water resistant but I wore it outside in the rain and water got in the glass to where I can't even see the time now. **************** says they will not refund.

      I purchased the Delta watch a few weeks ago (3/13/2023) from AlphaGear (formerly AlphaStrong) and received it on Saturday (3/18/2023). The watch stopped working on 03/22/2023. I contacted customer service for support and ultimately was directed to follow their return process. In the email I received, I was instructed to "include the printed return form" in the package, which I did. On the return form I indicated that I did not want the watch, as I had no confidence in a product that stopped working after 5 days. Also, in subsequent emails (plural) I initiated conversations asking about the status of their return process and the status of my refund (full email thread can be provided). On 04/18/2023 I received a replacement watch that I did not want or ask for.I have since been in contact with the seller and PayPal (the payment processer). I keep asking the seller what the next steps are to process the refund that was requested and Im not receiving any answers towards that end.
