Very bad customer service. These people should be banned from selling anything. No response. Nothing.

I bought this watch and got it in march but shortly after getting it the watch had small lines running through it... I sent them an email and they asked to see a video of the problem which I provided...then they wanted to see a picture which I sent... thinking they were going to make it good I waited finally contacting them again which I got no response from them... I opened a dispute on PayPal but I was unaware that there is a two part process to dispute a purchase... so I got scammed by alpha watch company.. i would not buy from them unless you have money to throw away on cheap products...

i ORDERED ONE OF THESE BEFORE AND GOT IT WITHOUT ISSUE. I ORDERED A NEW WATCH AND BECAUSE OF MY OWN MISTAKE, IT GOT RETURNED BY THE ***** I'VE EMAILED THEM COUNTLESS TIMES, CONTACTED THEM THROUGH ********* AND IT'S BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW SINCE IT GOT RETURNED. FROM ***** TO "*******", AND IT'S BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS. STILL NO NEW UPDATE ON ANOTHER ONE. I JUST GET TOLD THEY NEED TO WAIT FOR THE OTHER ONE, WELL, IT HIT FLORIDA 2 WEEKS AGO. YET, THEY HAVE MAILED OUT A NEW ONE, ALTHOUGH I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT ADDRESS. SICK OF THE RUN AROUND. I'VE CALLED THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT'S NOT WORTH A FLIP. AND IT SEEMS THE NUMBER THAT IS LISTED HERE FOR CONTACT IS SOMEONE'S PERSONAL PHONE.

I purchased an Alpha Strong watch, and after 4 days of wearing it, I set it up on the charger. Started smelling something burning, and found my watch had started to melt and nearly caught fire. I reached out to customer service and received the canned response of, We are busy and will respond within 24-48 hrs. @ days went by, I reached out thru Messenger on their site, same response, 24-48 hrs, Then they asked for the email again, which I sent, that's been 3 days, and still no response. This is a fire hazard, if I wasn't home this could have been disastrous. Worst customer service ever, been 10 days, and no contact.

Horrible customer service!! The watch wasnt working from day 1 and I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I sent several emails to try and start a return within their strict return window and never got a single response.

I purchased a alpha delta watch back little piece came off of the watch and was burning ?? my wrist..have emailed haven't got no response

First off this alpha strong us company is one of the worst companies I've dealt with so far I've been seeing them all over social media look like great watches the wife bought me one for father's day I opened the seal and was like h*** yeah I got one lol opened the box watch wouldn't turn on so I tried charging it nothing charger don't even work so I'm mad now we email them they write back requesting a video of the watch not charging or turning on now they want single pictures of everything that was sent in the box and now we're getting no responses my wife even spent the extra money on a warranty all I want is my full refund I don't want another watch I believe this company should be shut down so no one else gets took in advantage of.

BUYER BE AWARE...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...BUYER BE AWARE...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered the delta watch for my husband for Father's *** as he really wanted the blue watch. Of course as it was a gift, I ordered it in enough time to have it and wrap it. When he opened the box, he was excited, but the color was wrong. He got the black one, not the navy blue one. The customer service stated contact within 14 days. I contacted them by email as requested on Sunday (Father's ***), Monday, Tuesday, called Wednesday (no one answered and voicemail was full so you can't leave a message) and sent another email on Wednesday. The gal finally responded and said I had to notify them within 3 days, 14 if the watch isn't broken. I emailed back and said I simply want to exchange it for the correct color and she sent me my order back and said, "you ordered black" sorry, can't help you. You would think that an "******** ***** *********************** would want to satisfy their customers, even if it's just to exchange it for the right color. The watch and accessories aren't cheap in price by any means. I would never recommend them due to this and at this point I have to pray that the watch actually works otherwise I need to take it up with my credit card company. So sad as I thought I was supporting an ******** ************ and that they support our military, etc. But, absolutely atrocious on how they handle their customers and their requests! They claim 100% money back guarantee, and 24/7 customer service. Neither of the phone numbers work during business hours, no one answers, and there's no way to leave a message, and they take days to respond to your emails and by then, it's sorry it's to late your past the 3 days we will accept a return. While their website brags about 30 days for an easy return/refund for any reason. Save the frustration, as I stated, I ordered as a Father's *** gift and they refuse to exchange it for the color my husband wanted.

Watch band is very cheap. Just broke apart after a few months

The watch I purchased looked better advertised than in person, the magnetic power connection doesn't stay on too well and all the adds show how strong and water resistant it is till you read the small print. It's neither strong nor water resistant. It's also not an American product, the reason it takes so long It's because it's manufacture and sent from *****.
