On September 6, 2022, I purchased the Titan Water Heater, via Amazon. 7 months later, on May 2, 2023, the heater pipe ruptured causing major water damage to walls and flooring. The repair costs are $4,531.28. On May 2, I contacted Amazon for a refund, they directed me to contact Titan directly. I phoned them 3 times, each time a non-English speaking person answered the phone, each time I asked to speak with someone who could help me, each time they disconnected the call. I contacted Amazon for resolution. I was told they would contact Titan for the refund. Numerous phone calls later, to no avail. On May 22, 2023, I received an email from Amazon, containing a return label link, directing me to return the item and advising that once the heater was received a refund would be issued to my payment method. I used the link and paid for the shipping. Titan received the item on 5/25/23. As of today. 6/2/23, I have not been refunded.As a final act of goodwill, on 6/2/23, I phoned Titan, spoke with ***********************, explained that I returned the item as directed and I am awaiting my refund. She said she would speak with her husband and phone me within 10-minutes. They never phoned me back, rather they contacted Amazon and asked them to tell me to get a lawyer. I will take next steps to ensure Titan nor Amazon get away with this.Initial Complaint

I received a Titan Tankless water heater on Friday and had it installed on Saturday. It will not heat the water and i want a replacement heater. I called them three times today and they put me on hold and will not talk to **** want a freakin water heater!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased a tankless water heater on 1/2/23. My home is unable to handle it per my electrical box. The product has not been opened from its box. The item cost $429.99 and I would like to return the item. My order number is #*****. I have called and left numerous voicemails as well as sent inquiries on their support section on the website claiming someone would reach out in 24 hours. I purchased a N-120 Tankless water heater On line from the company ,9/13/2022confirmation #*****, it was installed by ****************** lic#******* on 9/19/20/22. I sent in my warranty card, warranty for 10 years. On Nov. 14,2022, I had no water. ****************** noted that it is a non-profit serviceable unit and any work on their part would void my warranty. I started leaving daily voicemails at ************ customer service number, no person , directly to voice mail after more than 2 weeks of calls. I also used the email feature to reply to the confirmation message from my order and also,the form provided on the website that reports a response will be provided within 24 hours. I have not received any response in the 3 weeks. Thank you *********
