Ordered a fashion mystery box. The screen on their webiste has been saying ' a stylist is styling you since Sept 1 , 2023 . I asked where my order was . They said it had shipped. I asked 7 days later and their story changed to " A warehouse fire " . No offers to refund me . More can I waits from them . Need resolution . Would like my ***** backBusiness response

There were several communications about this order and per the screenshot customer filed a complaint 9 minutes after cancelling her order. She was fully refunded and order was cancelled.Initial Complaint

I recently placed an order with this business. Per their website FAQ and iPhone app (see screenshots), this is a styling box with a $20 styling fee. You are able to preview what the stylist chooses for you, select your items and then only pay for what you keep. I was not able to preview as my account as stuck on the "Check Back Soon" screen which also tells you that you will be able to preview shortly. Upon arrival of the box, none of the items fit. My account was also still stuck. I emailed support to be told that they don't do previews and do not do any returns or exchanges. Then despite sending them the screenshots and disputing the charge, they ignored me and charged my credit card for $75. I was never given the opportunity to review those charges or even see the cost of the items they sent. This is a huge betrayal of buyer trust, and they have since updated their website to cover their tracks. HOWEVER their website now states that the box is $55. They charged me $75 and did not send a receipt or break down of the charges.Business response

I ordered a "Sale Box" on 1.3.23. The cost of the box was $95.00 *********** provides no order number, but my ticket number is *****. I received notification on 1/9/23 that the box was delivered via the **** on 1/9/23 at 6:39pm at or near my mailbox. The package was not delivered. On 1/10/23 morning, I attempted to contact FASHOM to inform them of the missing package. There are no phone or chat options. I submitted 3 different requests on 1/10, 1/11 and 1/12 attempting to inform them of the missing package. I received a response from customer service stating that "you live in an apartment building, so the package is likely too big for a mailbox and is in the mailroom. I do NOT live in an apartment building. The mailbox is outside of my home. I explained that again. On 1/17/23 I was sent a message stating that I needed to file a claim with **** for the missing package. That is impossible to do since I DID NOT send the package. *********** has made no truly good faith attempts to address this situation.
