This program is not transparent from beginning to the end. 1. I was contacted by one of their representatives and was told that the cost of the program was $12,000 but would be $7,000 if I signed up in 24 hours. He suggested to apply for an American Express card which gets easily approved and pay. 2. The next process is to sign an agreement on the first day that none of the money we pay is refundable. 3. The program does not provide what it will teach us. Dr. talks about mitochondria and other vague concepts. Instead of speaking about the importance of this on human health, all the advertisements are bizarre. Needless to say, they do not want you to know about it unless we pay them $7000. 4. Dr.‘s advertisements speak about no medicines. When I took up this course, and had one of his representatives speak with me, I already had a good sleep cycle, so she told me that Dr recommended Vitamin B1 and magnesium supplements. However, it is illegal to prescribe supplements without a medical test in United states and they went against their own advertisements of no medicines. 5. They offer sessions in groups and I was given the wrong date and time by their representative when signing up. The new date and time did not fit in my schedule. Besides you can not unmute yourself and ask a question, there is a specific procedure to submit your questions. 6. When I found that this program was not working for me and wrote a review, Dr blocked me from the Facebook group, unfriended me as his Facebook friend. 7. The legal document that I was made to sign says that any legal case can be filed against them in County of Leon, Florida only. Also, if the agreement states that if we lose the court case against them, then we have to pay their lawyer's fees. The lack of transparency led me to losing my trust in them.

I had a terrible experience with Optimal Circadian Health. After having the team miss calling me the first time I was scheduled for a consultation, the owner called me for a “Break Through Call”. He only would talk about the distress I have been through in order to apply psychological pressure for me to take his $8,000 course about Adrenal Fatigue.
