Owner has made a lot of promises of getting several jobs done. He has received partial payments on 3 different jobs to either pay for supplies or employees and hasn’t either completed work, started the work, has horrible quality of work or doesn’t show up for work. If he shows up, it’s only for a few hours and then constantly running to the store for more supplies. Before he started, I had 2 functional bathrooms and now only have one. Owner has also taken a total of $3000 that was unauthorized from my account and has stated that he would refund the money and has yet to do that. He has been a no show since he stated that he would refund the money. Everything that he has worked on has to be gutted and redone again because of lack of knowledge and poor quality. Owner also buys the wrong parts and supplies to cut costs. I now have a shower door that is non functional and sitting in the garage because he ordered the wrong part. I also have a vanity (not installed) that is too small and cheap mdf board and was told it was real wood before he purchased it. I have a door going into the bathroom that is not properly mounted (has come off the wall) and is a safety hazard. The shower has to be redone because he cut the water barrier off to soon (wood showing) and now water will get under the tile. Tile in the shower still isn’t finished. Still no shower drain. The toilet is the cheapest toilet out there that is not handicapped. He mounted a light and left a hole showing in the drywall instead of patching it. He was hired over 30 days ago and promised that it would be done within 2 weeks. He has left all kinds of trash on the side of the house that I had to get someone else to remove. There are parts of trees that he has cut down and hasn’t removed. Huge tree stumps still remaining and was told that he has already rented the tree stump removal equipment. Also found out that he was caught snooping through a neighbors garage. I expect a full refund at this point.Initial Complaint

I hired A'CORN Home Improvement LLC on March 15th 2022 to put in a new driveway, and walkway for a new home I paid him $5,500 in a check on March 15th 2022 he started the job that day and then there was days that he didn't come back and then he would come back and do a little work and then he wouldn't come back for a few more days it just went on like this up until March 30th 2022 I called ******* Julio I tried to text him to get him to come back and finish the job , he would not call me back he would not text me therefore I feel like I was scammed because the job never got completed ******* Julio assured me on March 15th 2022 that the job would be finished in three to four days at the most and he never came back to finish the job and he never gave me my money back.
