    This company is a dealer in guns and paraphernalia. I bought a pistol from them Oct of 2021. While familiarizing myself with the gun the safety broke. I took the weapon back to this dealer to see what could be done. They attempted to fix it and failed so they sent it to Smith and Wesson for repair. They did not advise at that time that the turnaround is 6-8 weeks. I found that out 2 weeks later. So, I asked if the gun may be back by Christmas 2021 and was told it should be. I checked with this dealer beginning around the first of December 2021 and was told it wasn't back but they could call S&W and find out about it. They called and was told it was in the repair shop. i waited 2 more weeks and was told I could call them which I did. The company told me that they couldn't tell me anything about it since Grey Man armory sent it to them for repair. I went back to GMA and the owner called them, begrudgingly but the company had him on hold for over 5 minutes and I needed to be some place, so I left the shop. Long story short, it's now Jan 25, 2022, I now have my gun back. When I went in to pick up my property the owner called me a liar for a post on Facebook. A customer followed me outside and called me a skank and a whore. I was concerned for my well-being. I will never go back into that store for anything.

    This customer bought a handgun and 10 days later returns to our store after engaging the lock out feature and couldn't unlock the firearm. We tried with the customer present and got the same result. We did not attempt to repair as she stated or try to take apart as it could void the warranty. We informed the customer that she could send back to the manufacturer and she declined and insisted we send. We mailed to manufacturer and thier est. was 6-8 weeks. The customer came back to our store and insisted we get an update from the manufacturer since she called and they would not discuss with her. We informed her since she declined to send and is not the sender they couldn't discuss with her. The manufacturer informed us that it was in line for repair but didn't have an exact date. The customer returned to our store on a Monday in which we are closed as posted on signage and internet. She insisted we call but was informed we are closed and the hold times are very long. We were only here to accept a delivery and did call. After 5 mins. she stated she "I don't have time for this" and left our store. If she doesn't have more than 5 mins. please don't expect our company to accommodate you when it's during non- business hours. Any new firearm purchase is like buying a vehicle, it cannot be exchanged unless by the manufacturer. We have a robust security system and all conversation and video is available. Reviewing the footage, ******** appears to have a conversation with someone outside. After placing her firearm inside the vehicle, she proceeds to the same customers vehicle and stop him from pulling away. We cannot make out the exchange but if she felt threatened, we're unsure why she would flag the person down to continue a confrontation. If she wants to follow up with the authorities, we can assist with turning over the footage. To close, we do not dictate warranty timelines to a manufacturer and we're confused what we could do different except have Ms. ***** ship her own firearm.

    I realize this owner likes to call me a liar. However, his associate did attempt to fix the lockout by taking it apart until there were no more screws to be unscrewed. if that voids my warranty that's on him. That's when he determined it was necessary to send it back to the manufacturer.
    When I took the gun back to them, I took it in the kit I received it in. That is not how I received it back. The kit contained the instructions for the gun, a second handle in black and a locking mechanism that threads through the barrel and locks in place. The only thing I got was the pistol in a soft sided case. He's so fond of referring to his camera system, review it.
    The business about going in there on a Monday: I didn't squeeze through the keyhole. I live close by and on my way home I noticed there were pickup trucks parked in front. I thought that maybe due to the holiday time he was open for additional sales. He likes to use the vehicle analogy but that's why car lots have a lemon law. If something breaks and seems unable to be fixed, then a consumer has a right to file under the lemon law.
    Bottom line is this owner needs sensitivity training as well as customer service training. I do not expect to receive back my merchandise I paid for in good faith. I guess I'll have to be content that I got my pistol back. For all the people that keep telling me they're good people in there, it has not been my experience.
