Few months ago, I called more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule my appointment to see my doctor. 2 months ago I had an appointment with my doctor, I lost access to my phone and told them about it using my daughter's phone. They said it will be okay but they canceled my appointment because I couldn't confirm the appointment days before with my original phone. Later I had another appointment and they sent my Uber to the wrong address with the wrong ZIP code. I told them it was 11 Pen Haven Drive in Pensacola, Florida 32506 and they sent it to 1110 Haven in Dotham, Alabama. They also didn't have my daughter's phone number I gave them last time that I called from. A week before my appointment I had with them yesterday, I was finally able to use my daughter's phone to confirm my appointment. For my appointment yesterday, on August 2nd, they sent an Uber to pick me up, and when I got there they said I couldn't see my doctor. The nurse receptionist told me I need to prove myself that I can come to these appointments and that I miss seven appointments when that's not even close to the truth. ************************/company/vipcare **********************************************************
