I had a bad experience with this company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Believe me, it will be a waste of money and time. First, you make an appointment online choose the time and they don't stick to the schedule and call you 2 or 3 hours later. They ask you what help you need, ask when you had your last blood tests, and he simply turns around and says he can't prescribe anything before seeing the results. Any question you ask, in my case the doctor who attended me, JAQUELINE SILVA ARNP, just answers “I have to talk to my supervisor”. End of story, never called me back. I paid for the consultation and nothing was resolved. I received some prescription, NO! Customer service only responds saying the doctor is reviewing your exams. They are definitely not VIP. They advice a price and on the end you have to spend $300-$400 dollares and still don’t get a prescription. Shame on them!!!

I have received NO VIP Care!! After leaving 4 messages in 3 days, for a new prescription, I get no call back and no prescription!! After 4 months with Dr. Bek, I get a letter stating she is retiring! Since then things have gone downhill fast! I left my last doctor for lack of care and terrible office practices, I guess I need to look again. In SW Florida we are inundated with snow birds now, I'm not going to get an appointment with a new doctor for weeks maybe months! Shame on you VIP Care!

At first I thought Dr. Banuelos was ok. Polite and seemed to listen and respond to my needs. As time went on, he slowly changed once he found out my stance on vaccine for covid. I am in great health at 75 and that comes with knowing whats good and not good for my body and practicing good habits from early on. As time moved on with him, it became more and more apparent that he was more interested in patients that were NOT healthy which translates into more income for his practice. Finally when it came to my needs he refused on many occasions to issue prescriptions based on HIS VIEW of the source of my need. Pace pharmacy provides patients like me who have been on Testosterone for 10 yrs. an affordable compound they make at their store. Humana stopped allowing me due to high cost of the Testoterone Andro Gel. He (Banuelos) refused to give me a prescription to Pace Pharmacy. He does not like Pharmacies who are cutting edge and people needs oriented. He refused to get me Hydroxycloriquine, or anything related to Covid prevention, or productss that are known to be anti viral. While at the same time saying to me "people are dying everywhere" this and that , this and that.....but he is just talk. He will not blink an eye if you are "prevention" oriented, particularly if its Pace Pharmacy. He wants to totally control almost Godlike in attitude, particularly if you have a need and ask for a simple prescription......he always interjects that he is a "conservative, scientifically alingned doctor".....and leaves you with that...........zero. VIP CARE? only VIP is himself.........
