      this company is so unprofessional.. thee lady that answers the phone is so rude Mr Rocky who is half owner came to my house to fix my air conditioning / heater.. My AC is barely working , runs constantly, never shuts off, my heater still doesn't work and before he left he cut my AC ducting and left it all on attached from my air conditioner and didn't tell, so it sucked in all kinds of dirt and now they refuse to come back and fix what they have destroyed I've been without AC for the last 4 months in his hot Florida weather I've called and call and asked me if you would call me and he sends me a bill for $550 to fix something that he broke. And since he came to my house my electric bill went from $145 to $376 per month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      I apologize to Johnny for submitting this review because he was very courteous to me over the phone but I had an appointment scheduled with Aircontrol NWF, Inc for today January 13, 2022 through Choice Home Warranty company. I have been without heat for two weeks now and my one year old granddaughter lives in my home. My appointment was set from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm today. When I got off work today at 3 I called to get an estimated time of arrival and the lady that answered the phone (either Johnnys wife or secretary) informed me that my appointment had been rescheduled for tomorrow Friday January 14, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. I had my daughter at my home waiting all day for Aircontrol to show up and was not notified of this change, therefore no one will be at my home tomorrow to let him in. I did get upset rightly so because I had not been told that my appointment had been rescheduled. The lady that I spoke with became very RUDE and informed me that I needed to contact Choice Home Warranty and find another company to do my work! I am appalled by her behavior to a paying customer and therefore DO NOT recommend Aircontrol NWF, Inc. to anyone needing heat/air work done.

      Mrs. **** my apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you and your family. The process that we use to reschedule work was changed immediately. We was using email and the chw portal to make those changes but that information was not reaching customers fast enough. We are still using the portal that chw wants us to use but we are also contacting the customer by phone asap when we know there will be a delay in their service.Again i apologize for any inconvenience that we caused I also wanted to let you know the steps that we are taken to help prevent this from happening. I also addressed the behavior of the lady you spoke with, It was unprofessional and should not have happen. I should have been notified right away so we could have figured out a solution and i could have reached out to Mrs. **** to find a time we could have come even if it was after hours.

      Thank you Mr. Nicholas for your response. I appreciate you looking into this so professionally. I am guessing your company is the only company that CHW uses because I filed my claim on January 9th and they still do not have it assigned to anyone. I am very frustrated about this because my one year old granddaughter lives with me and it's been to cold to be without heat. CHW has no problem debiting my account each month for my payment of 3 1/2 years and when I need them they do not care about their clients!
