            MRD was contracted on 4/21/21 to replace 6 windows at ************* Rd. Replacement was performed on 07/08/21 though invoice is dated 07/06/21. At the time of installation and final inspection it was discovered that 3 window screens were damaged either at time of installation, manufacturing or shipping. At that time both Jason, the job supervisor and Dave Botonis, (company representative and salesmen) both assured me that the screens would be replaced. I have spoken with Dave and have sent e-mails to Dave and MRD about getting them replaced along with a itemized list of charges and documentation for warranty on windows. I have received nothing but excuses. The windows and screens are a standard size that should not take 4 months to get replacements. it only took 2 months to get 6 window assembly's for replacement. My last email to Dave on Sept 28, 2021 has gone unanswered. I just want my 3 screens and all reasonable proper documentation of services performed.

            Lowe's in Pace, FL used this company to do a 12 door installation in my home. They damaged some of the doors and trim during installation. Some of the doors are not even level and the trim does not match up properly. The lack of respect this company had for my home is unacceptable. After filing a complaint with Lowe's, Todd, affiliated with MRD came out and did a 10 minute inspection. Such a lack of respect. This project was done on August 20, 2021. I have not received any type of resolution from MRD or Lowes. I would go elsewhere.

            This is a job that was an issue some of which was on craftmanship but not much, it was issues with the doors more than the installation. Since this review MrD did go out to this customer home and make repairs and made sure customer was 100% happy.
