Michael is absolutely wonderful. I've had him out to my property to do repairs twice now. Both times he was very professional and super friendly. On both occasions he has stood by his work and taken the time to educate me and my husband on the science behind plumbing. There really is an art to this trade. I've come to have a new appreciation and respect for this profession. Also, I'd like to mention that Matt also came to my home to do a diagnostic. My appointment with him was squeezed into his schedule at the last minute, but he still tried to fix my problem with the equipment he had on hand. He told me that Michael would have to return the next day with a hydro jet. Michael did and was able to resolve my plumbing issues. Both of these men treated me and my family like human beings and not like we were just another dollar in their pocket.
