On March 03/22/24, I requested hardware change for bathroom and was advised could not be done without tearing out the wall and replacing the tub, etc. I was finally given 3 offers from $4890 to $2011. The employee agreed to do the job for $2000 if I paid cash with $1000 down and $1011 when completed. On 03/25/2024, he installed the tub and wall, but left gaps around the entire tub and I also questioned the wall at the top was unsealed and then he said, "I don't do plastering and I would need to get a plasterer to complete the job." Totally confused because he had agreed to do the job never said I would need to hire a plasterer. By this time, someone claimed to be boss arrived, I questioned him about the gaps and the plasterer. The boss recommended a friend and the friend said he would plaster the wall for $590. I did not want to leave my walls exposed, so I agreed to pay the $590. The boss agreed for me to pay with my credit card along with my balance($1011) on the card. I was distracted and the boss, offered me his cellphone with the signature portion to sign and said the office will text me the receipt when paid. I signed the receipt and when the receipt came over, the statement was completely different from our quotes. I ??? that also. I also checked the shower after they left, and there was no hot water. I've been going back and forth with them with these issues. After all my complaints, the boss sent the employee back to turn the hot water on and appeared to be confused when I asked what about the gaps in the tub. He said, he may be in the area tomorrow and will fix the problem. I immediately sent a text to the office and was called back by an employee. I called her back the next day and was told, she will get back with me. so far, there has been no response. I'm trying to get these issues resolved so I can go on with other projects. I feel there has been civil deception from the beginning and don't want to go to court, but If necessary, I will.

As far as I know, they have only one experienced plumber, Anthony, but he has an attitude. The other one quit. I called them because I had a clog in my sink and also because I took out a membership when they dug a line in my yard last year. They unclogged my sink and did good. That’s why I let them replace my old plumbing under the sink. After they replaced all my plumbing I let them install a new faucet. All this for $ 669.00 membership price. That’s when my problems started. First there was no hot water because of a kink in the line (an experienced plumber would have checked if everything was working OK before he left), After someone came back and fixed this I had a very low pressure on the hot water side. They came back out and informed me that it was my new faucet. Then Anthony came out and wanted to install another faucet for much more money then the first time. We got into an argument and he left. My neighbor was helpful and checked the hot water line. That’s when he noticed a low flow in the line. Naturally I had low pressure in the faucet because of that. Something was messed up when they renewed the plumbing or unclogged the drain because before with my old faucet the hot water was OK and so are all the hot water lines in the house. Since I have barely any pressure in the hot line, it takes me forever to do my dishes. I have to take water from the bathtub faucet in a bucket, carry it in the kitchen and fill my kitchen sink to get the chores done. It’s like the dark ages. Very inconvenient. I wrote an email to the owner, Bret Smith, and didn’t get an answer. He is supposedly a master plumber and I asked him to check things out himself. Now I have to find an Expert to fix what they couldn’t. I’m a widow and Senior and I hate to be taken advantage of.
