On March 03/22/24, I requested hardware change for bathroom and was advised could not be done without tearing out the wall and replacing the tub, etc. I was finally given 3 offers from $4890 to $2011. The employee agreed to do the job for $2000 if I paid cash with $1000 down and $1011 when completed. On 03/25/2024, he installed the tub and wall, but left gaps around the entire tub and I also questioned the wall at the top was unsealed and then he said, "I don't do plastering and I would need to get a plasterer to complete the job." Totally confused because he had agreed to do the job never said I would need to hire a plasterer. By this time, someone claimed to be boss arrived, I questioned him about the gaps and the plasterer. The boss recommended a friend and the friend said he would plaster the wall for $590. I did not want to leave my walls exposed, so I agreed to pay the $590. The boss agreed for me to pay with my credit card along with my balance($1011) on the card. I was distracted and the boss, offered me his cellphone with the signature portion to sign and said the office will text me the receipt when paid. I signed the receipt and when the receipt came over, the statement was completely different from our quotes. I ??? that also. I also checked the shower after they left, and there was no hot water. I've been going back and forth with them with these issues. After all my complaints, the boss sent the employee back to turn the hot water on and appeared to be confused when I asked what about the gaps in the tub. He said, he may be in the area tomorrow and will fix the problem. I immediately sent a text to the office and was called back by an employee. I called her back the next day and was told, she will get back with me. so far, there has been no response. I'm trying to get these issues resolved so I can go on with other projects. I feel there has been civil deception from the beginning and don't want to go to court, but If necessary, I will.

      Good Afternoon,

We have done everything possible to make it right with this customer we have gone out there and fixed the few things she asked. She even signed the invoice approving the work but she has still filed disputes with everything and we have gone above and beyond to make things right with her. It seems to us that she is just trying to get free work from us.
