    I paid for a little over a months stay at this rv park and found out 3 days later that my kids could not go to school from that location so I had to relocate to a different location. When talking to the person in the office she said they would refund me for the days I didn't stay. Upon leaving the business changed what they said and told me there was no refund. There was never any type of lease agreement nor was there any policy agreement that stated I would not be refunded my money for the remainder 30 days I paid for. This is in my opinion theft and the mannager said that she would not give me any numbers to the owners to speak with anyone above her to get this straightened out. She basically played owner and stole my money. I would like to see what can be done for this criminal act and have what I paid for but did not receive refunded to me.

    Do not trust people like this. My daughter and I had evacuated from Hurricane Ida. It was a Monster storm. We had booked a stay a few days in advanced , got a confirmation email back from the resort, and set out on a journey to get there. A trip that normally takes three hours , took over 8 because of the people fleeing this storm. When we arrived we were exhausted. I arrived to a very rude receptionist whom stated I don't see your reservation, then found it, then said it was in some other system and cancelled my reservation also telling me she had to do this to others that day. She was rude and told us to leave and my daughter and I were forced to sleep in our Truck that night as all other rooms in the area were booked.

    We are very sorry about your experience. As you know, we offered to get you located to another property. Your reservation was booked through Hotels.com and it did not post to our reservations system. We tried to help you find other lodging Our staff stayed quite professional through your cursing and threatening a lawsuit. We are sorry about the difficulties.

    This company never tried to find me alternative lodging and the only cuss words said was this is bs. I have a confirmation email from Sunburst not Hotels.com. If you want to try and smear my name go ahead, but the truth always find it's way. You changed your reservation system but your old system still sends confirmations of the reservation. That makes no sense. Like I've said to your regional manager that emailed to apologize. The receptionist tried to give me the owners cabin, but the manager called and said get rid of us and the other couple that booked the same way coming in later. This manager should lose their job at a minimum.
