We paid over $1,000 to get our camper looked at and “ inspected “ our camper was leaking.. they Gave it back to us and said it was fixed. We got it back and leaked even more. We brought it back to them, they had it for 2 weeks, no call, nothing. We had to call them and check up on the status they kept telling us the same thing, we can’t find a leak, we went by there it had standing water on it, parked in the same spot we left it, was not looked at, at all!!Business response

Customer hired us to do the following work on January 22, 2024:
1. Replace bathroom vent handle
2. Replace door slider
3. Replace stove knob
4. Conduct a summer Inspection, revealing the following items, which were corrected:
a. Replace LP detector
b. Replace LP Regulator and lines
c. Replace Water heater Element and relief valve
d. Replace switch
The summer inspection included visually inspecting the fiberglass roof and seals, which appeared normal.
On January 22, 2024, the customer did NOT complain of a roof leak.
Customer picked up the vehicle and paid in full on February 5, 2024.
On March 18, 2024, the customer returned the vehicle complaining of a water leak during rain storms. Technician straightened the door and resealed all windows.Over the next 2 weeks, we conducted the following testing:
1. Sprayed the unit roof with hose for 30 minutes, but no leak manifested.
2. Ran water hose directly onto roof for 15 minutes, but no leak manifested.
3. Upon a natural rain shower, technician inspected and found that a leak manifested. Took the following corrective action:
a. Ran furnace to dry out water and humidity in unit.
b. Removed and resealed coax cable face plate
4. Upon the next rain shower, a leak manifested but with less water. During the process of inspecting after the 2nd natural rain shower, the customer entered the facility, and removed the vehicle without notifying staff or the office.
Customer has not paid for the specific work done since 3/18 that was completed.
