Dangerous company to allow to work on your home. Owner is very unprofessional and does not care about the safety of your home or family. They installed our septic system in our newly built home in 2021. The septic still doesn't work correctly. They installed a septic pump incorrectly, did not bring in an electrician to install the electrical of the pump & just did it themselves, out of code, nor did they pull a permit for the electric work. We learned this after having to pay another septic company & electrician to have it installed correctly. Was informed by the electrician we were lucky our home had not burned down due to the poor electric work. We reached out to the company & advised the owner of the work her guys had done & what the electrician said. The owner just laughed & refused to offer any assistance to help correct what had been done. We are so grateful our home didn't burn down due to the poor work but are out over $5000 in repairs so far just to be able to use our bathrooms. I would not use this company at all. I usually do not leave bad reviews but don't want it to happen to anyone else.

We installed the system to code and had it inspected each time it was installed. We replaced your system twice and moved it once at NO cost to you. We have bent over backwards for you and your family. You have been nothing but rude and unappreciative. Your husband has yelled, demanded and cussed me several times over the years and did again yesterday. I had no idea about this issue until yesterday. We didn't even get a chance to look at it and then you called and demanded I pay the bills. Your system is no longer under warranty. You have been very difficult to work with and you bashing my company on every platform is unnecessary.

Sadly the inspectors in our county do not actually look & there was no permit pulled for the electrical that your guys did so no inspector even came out for that work. You had to replaced the system because it was not working, not for free of charge. Our system has not worked properly since day one. We should not be help liable for your bad work. You have not bent over backwards for us but have only caused so much stress & so much money that we did not have. I was never anything but nice to you. My husband however was very frustrated because we had feces all in our yard & backing into the house & you seem to think it is funny & do not care. He has a family to protect & care for. My yard was full of feces for the first 2 yrs after our home was built. The pump installed, which helped a little, almost burned my home down. I did contact you personally regarding the wires laying on the ground & the plug they installed that kept tripping the braker. You response to me was that you would not come out any longer for free & were not covering anymore warranty issues. Although this was an ongoing issue from when the septic was installed. I agree you should pay for the work we had to have done since it was your guys poor work that had to be redone & almost burned my home down. But as you have stated you will take no responsibility for the bad work your workers did. You have dishonest & scary employees. We had items stolen off of our porch (which we have on camera), that you did replace luckily but only to send the same workers back out to our home, who then broke our fence & refused to fix. I had not reported or reviewed your company because I don't like drama but when you laughed about my house possibly burning down that showed me that your company needs to be stopped. I will continue to report you until there is a change so no one else has to suffer or gets hurt.
