      Purchased the evening of 11/08/22 from Just Beachy Designs. Order 1984. Merchant cancelled my order but refused to give me a full refund as they claim they incurred fees. I was not shown proof of the fees that were incurred. I purchased $644 worth of products and shipping and was refunded $515. I have exhausted all attempts to reason with the business owner

      As stated in our policies found at this link https://www.justbeachywholesale.live/pages/policies it states that anyone wanting to place an order over $400 must contact Just Beachy Laser Blanks for approval BEFORE an order is placed. Orders over $400 will also have an additional turn around time of 7 business days on top of the standard turn around time of 18 business days. If an order is placed before confirmation that the order could be done, a 20% restock fee would be charged. The customer posted in our business group asking originally if an order of 60 door hangers could be delivered to her by December 8th 2022 and specified the single design she wanted then changed the number to 40 door hangers of a single design. As seen in the screenshots, she was told she'd have an answer in the morning as we needed to run the program to check and see if we could cut that large of an order and get it to her on time. Within 1 hour of being told she'd have an answer the next morning, she had placed the order before we confirmed if the order could be done or not. Her order was not for 40 door hangers of one design, it was for 60 door hangers and 6 different designs. Per the screenshot the customer was given the option of paying a 25% rush fee added to her order to get it to her in time plus additional shipping charges or take a refund minus the 20% fees since she did not wait as requested and placed the order before getting approval. To rush her order we would have had to complete it within 10 business days on top of other orders placed by customers so a 25% rush fee is more than reasonable. We have contacted our web host and confirmed that because we have these policies listed in multiple spots on our website, that we are well within our rights to charge a restock fee. Proof of any fees incurred is not required by anyone but proof was provided of the transaction fees were incurred. Transaction fees for this order totalled $142.13 which was $12.44 more than the $129.69 charged to the customer. The 20% restock fee will not be refunded in part or in whole. Our company has not made any profit off of the 20% fee and infact has suffered a loss due to the 20% fee not covering the entire transaction cost. This entire mess could have been avoided had the customer waited as requested and per our company policy.
