We could not be more pleased with the job Jay at Coastal Lawn Sprinklers did for us again this year. We have never had lawn sprinklers and had no idea how to use them when we moved to Florida. Jay came out and serviced the sprinklers. He answered our questions and was patient and thorough. We called him back again this year for some additional work. He is exceptional. We highly recommend him and are thankful for the work he does.Review from Alice S

I had an excellent experience with Coastal Lawn Sprinkler after my system was hit by a lightning storm. From the start, Jay was transparent about the pricing and explained to me that he could not provide me with a valid quote without knowing the extent of the damage. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Also, he was able to schedule me in fairly quickly. Tyler, the technician assigned to the job, was outstanding. Despite the the rain and heat, he worked diligently and persistently to repair my sprinkler system while barely taking any breaks. He was systematic in his approach to troubleshooting the damage and kept me informed of his progress. I was very impressed with his knowledge, dedication, and work ethic. Also, the price for the repair service was very reasonable I thought, considering the difficulty and length of time to complete the job. I would definitely choose Coastal Lawn Service for my sprinkler needs in the future, and I highly recommend their services to others in need of reliable sprinkler repair.

Thanks for taking the time to post this review. I tell folks who call the office how much we charge per hour plus our service call fee and they think that is high, but, without a doubt we work faster and more efficiently than most other companies., and the customer actually saves money by hiring us and we guarantee professional results.Review from Peter S

My name is Peter Stingo, some 20 or so years ago I hired Coastal Lawn Sprinkler to install a sprinkler system in my front and back yards, and my neighbor also had his done, it didn't take them long to get both done, Jay was as friendly as he could be and so were his workers, I just had a problem with my system called Jay to re-do my sprinkler heads, 2 days later he was here and done the job, operates better now then when it was new, thank you Jay.Coastal Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. Jay - I just want to thank you again for superb customer service again. Because I decided to get a shed, I called Jay and asked if he had time before a certain date to come out and move and install a few sprinklers in the back yard. 3.5 years I moved into Santa Rosa County. The house did not have a sprinkler system, so I asked a neighbor who they use, and I received Coastal Lawn Sprinkler. I did get a few quotes, but Jay was great explaining the system, where the stations will go, and his price was reasonable. He did come out today and not only corrected my issue, but even reviewed and fixed a problem. I love people who provide Great Customer Service, and friend. Whenever someone in our development fb page ask for recommendation for home sprinkler system, I always suggest Jay's company. Thank you again Jay and Clyde for your support today.
