I purchased a truck form the said company on March 4,2022. When I went to my appointment at the tag office on 4/1/22 to register title I was denied because a Mrs. Amanda ********* signed the title and she is not listed as an authorized signer for the company. I called Mrs. ********* the same day and told her I needed on a signed company letterhead stating that she is authorized to sign titles. She stated, no problem I'll email it to you shortly. I provided her my email address. I never received an email. On 4/10/22 I went to the office on Andrew Ave. stating I hadn't received the letter. She stated her boss said it would just be easier to get another one and she would mail it to me and call when she mailed it off. I left all my information with her to do so. I never received a phone call or mail from them. I contacted her again on 4/16/22 and stated I was still waiting and have not received anything and that now it will be costing me more since it was over 30 days since purchasing the truck to do the title transfer. It is now 4/20/22, I have received no emails, calls, or mail. The tag office says it's a civil issue and needs to be taken to court. Which I am more than willing to do at this point and I know it would cost them more than just a simple piece of paper with ink on it . I will be in contact with a lawyer while waiting to see if this issue can be resolved with your assistance. If it is not, or can't be I will pursue the legal route.Business response
