Whoever is running the phone has the worst attitude I've ever heard. I had nothing to do with the business and had called a number given to me by ******* I was hung up on twice for no reason. Spoken down to and degraded for calling the wrong company on accident. I attempted to acquire further information from the woman I spoke with and was hung up on again. Incredible that they allow this to be the face of their business. In the future I will avoid this company at all cost and go with literally anyone elseBusiness response

We have searched our entire data base and do not have any person with that name or phone number. There is a similar company that is based in another state. Please have this person contact the correct company.Initial Complaint

I keep getting phone calls from this number with no information except for my name. I am currently overseas and I cannot make long distance calls.The communication seems to be from some kind of debt collector, possibly but I dont know I am a noncollectible entity on Social Security disability, I dont have any money and unfortunately, I probably wont ever Ask the busines if they can please send me whatever it is theyre trying to collect about this message or to my email at ********************** Its rather impossible for me to completely and utterly dispute a debt if I dont know what it is or anything But what I can tell you as a debt collector if youre trying to collect a debt is that youre probably reach a dead end You cannot garnish my bank account because its protected by Social Security. You cannot garnish Social Security. And I am disabled and I cannot work So if you could please send the matter to my attention so I can review it and let you know if its even valid to begin with we can go from thereBusiness response

We do not have person with this name on our data base. We also do not work any accounts outside of *******. This person has ** confused with another agency with the same name in New Jersay.

I don't know what they are calling about but they are leaving messages without any reference. I filed and discharged a bankruptcy last year and am debt free... it's actually illegal for them to be contacting me.Business response

This is an account for ********** ****** for a date of service from 11/29/2022. We have tried to contact the person and has never returned the call. If she could please provide a copy of the bankruptcy information the account will be closed and returned to the client.

This company keeps sending me collection notices from Baptist Cardiology and Baptist Cardiology has never sent me any bills Period, so how can they try to collect a debt I have not never got a **** for?? They also include a return envelope where one can dispute debt by mail, really asinine that the the return address and the window of the envelope they send do not align so one has to call or prepare another envelope. Since I did not get a **** from Baptist Cardiology I dispute debt. It is noted that I have paid all bills I have gotten from Baptist Health on time, and Baptist Health bills out ******, ** and includes info about the debt one one can make up.
