      Please read before transacting with this company. They do not actually have the products advertised on their site. I ordered an autographed piece of memorabilia advertised as a factory item that was ready to ship. Three weeks later, it has still not shipped and I was just informed the item is out of stock. The item is still listed on their website as in stock. I wish I would have read the other warnings online and picked a more reputable company. This website is giving Fanatics a bad name.

      1. Their items are, at least, 200% over market value. In some cases 300%-400%.2. I ordered an item and did not receive any communication except order confirmation. Over a week later I sent an email asking to cancel the order as I was starting to get that funny, scammed feeling. Their response was it had already been shipped so I couldnt cancel it. In their response they contained all the shipping information. Now, to return, theyre requiring me to pay for the shipping back and a 15% restocking fee.3. My item was shipped from an outside warehouse so theyre washing their hands of it and Im going to need to communicate with the outside warehouse. So, not traditionally scammed but everything thats happened is the same as those scams shipping from China they make it unbearably difficult and expensive to return an item that consumers probably just keep the item.4. The product pictured is a stock photo. So, if youre buying autographed your item/autograph may not look like the picture.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a signed picture on Jan 4th. Never heard from them. Finally called 2 weeks later and they said the item was sold out. WHAT?? They never contacted me and were never going to refund me until I called. Yet that SAME ITEM IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE as available.Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

      DO NOT PURCHASE ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!On December 23rd 2021 I ordered a signed picture of an college athlete named *************************. The autograph was certified with a PSA for $50.00 and I opted to have it framed for another $50.00. My total was $112.00 and change. The website said I would receive the item by December 28th. The 28th rolled around and I checked the website and it said my order was still processing. While checking the status of my order there was a "warning ribbon" on top of the page I was on saying that due to severe weather and service delays in ***************** there might be a 3 to 4 day delay. So I waited until January 8th. Again my order still said it was being "processed." Getting a hold of this company via the phone was proving to be a challenge so I reached out to them on ********* I received a replay by what I believe was an automated message. January 3:49 AM Hi ****, thanks for your message. We are not here right now, but we'll get back to you soon! Then another on January 8th at 10:51 AM (mind you this response is from a company called SportsMemorabilia.com) Attached to the bottom of this message (not shown here) was an advertisement.Hey ****! Your items on this order are handled by our memorabilia department which you would need to speak to in order to get an update. You would need to reach out via the phone number below and they can transfer you to that department. The hours for them are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. I hope this helps!Phone number??Domestic ***************************************** Direct Dial:******************January 12th, 2022 11:05 AM Hi ****! I apologize for the inconvenience. From what I can see it looks the order is canceled if you like I create a ticket to see why this may have taken place? Please let me know at your earliest convenience.(My reply) Did you refund the ****** I paid for the item?(SportsMemorabilia.com reply) Unfortunately, it does not look like that has been refunded yet. I have put in a ticket with our memorabilia department to have this looked into. You should receive an email from them within 1-4 days. Unfortunately, ***** has been experiencing severe weather and service delays. Here is tracking **************************** via *****. Please let me know when you receive it so I know that everything is good. I have also processed a partial refund request for you today for $15 off the order due to the delay. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive it depending on your financial institution. This tracking number doesn't exist! I work for one of FED-EX's competitors. There are no weather delays in the ** let alone the world right now. And I still haven't seen a refund!BUYER BEWARE!!!! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!

      Ruined a 9 year olds Christmas by advertising and selling me a product that wasn't ever actually in stock. It took me reaching out to then after 17 days to find this out. Stay way from this company.
