      I placed an order March 16yth for a total amount of $137.67. I received part of it March 23rd. But 2 products (about half of the total amount) were missing (which are paid for) and I get no replies to my enquiries (chat, email and phone message).I am missing Peanuts for $33.90 and Coconut for $29.99.

      I'm tryiong to request a refund for the missing items I purchased from Bulkeez.com I'm missing 3LBS chili powder and 10 LBS chocolate chips that cost over $94 of a $168 order. I have tried contacting the by chat on their site after over 30 minutes no response I also called during business hours, I eithe get hung up on imeditly or it goes to a voice mail thats full and hangs up also. I have everything documented. The box they sent wouldnt even hold all the purchased items, the shipping weight is 11 lbs. All the purchased items alone weigh 21 lbs without the packaging.

      Hello,

      The client contacted us on Friday February 23rd by email (all emails are processed within 48 to 72))
      Client contacted us on February 28th via Chat we replied to him within a minute but he had left.
      We notified client via email and chat that we processed his refund as requested.
      His case was closed within ***** business hours.
      Additionally client complained because we use recycled boxes and notified him that since our company is doing an effort in using recycled
      boxes.
      We are sorry that the client was missing 2 items in his order and apologize for the inconvenience.
      However, we are not sure why client is filing a complain and what is pending on our side as we closed this case.
      We remain available for any questions you may have.

      All lies!! I was on their chat the whole time I was filming this complaint with the BBB. Nobody ever responded. You can go on their site today and try the chat no response!!! Try calling their phone number, try all the options, no responce it goes too voice mail and says the voicemail is full then disconnects!! They say they responded to my email. No they did not!! If they did, have them forward it to the BBB for proof. I did get a pending refund today Feb 28 2024 but I will not close the case until it clears my account in 7-10 days. They should be able to prove their communications with me. I'm sure they cannot. After looking online their are many unsatisfied customers.

      What scammers!!! The **** they sent to the BBB was from this morning when I tried contacting them again. They did not respond within a minuet or even after a minuet. Have them show the date on their chat responce. it's from today 2/28/2024 Their phone still dosen't take calls today either.

      The client requested a refund of $94.90 and we provided a refund of $94.90 to his original method of payment (PayPal). Which can take several days to reflect on his account.

      We in fact replied several minutes by chat on Feb 28th and several hours by email on Feb 23r

      We are not sure what the client wants exactly now. It would be great for us to know what the client wants now.

      Additionally our investigation team in our fraud department found concerning behavior with other vendors and also government entities from the client.

      That's another lie and defaming me. I will be contacting council. I will be needing access to this statement for legal purposes. Please archive this information for future use.
