The initial day of contact was on December 19, 2023. I spoke with ** over the phone and series of text messages exchanged to reserve a children party entertainer for todays party date, January 21, 2024. We exchanged a few details of the location of the party, how many children were going to attend and the exact time the entertainer was due to arrive at the party. I paid $125 deposit by ***** on December 19, 2023. This included Bronze Package Character Entrance to Theme Song ************* Dance, Posing for pictures, Games for children,Sing happy birthday. He was to arrive at 2:45p where I would pay the remaining balance in CASH of $125 in person. The entertainer was to start at 3p-4p. Unfortunately I had made a mistake and sent the wrong meet point; however, my spouse waited at the original meet point for over an hour just in case he didnt see my text message today that I got the address wrong. We waited 3 hours and no show. I have repeatedly called and called with no response. Eventually where ******************** blocked my number from calling. We had other guest at the party and no response either. The party went on but there is no way for the company to complete the job at this point. I am requesting aid in the company contacting me and refunding me for the service that was never rendered to me.
