Company just disappeared after taking thousands of patients money. No notification of what happened or what is going on. Everyone is scrambling to find out a solution and where their money is. Just unprofessional. They lie so much , saying theyve contacted people. Its a lie scam company, horrible business.

I paid was paying for services in the whole company just disappeared how do I get refunded

I booked with Adore an year ago with ***********, he left the company and since last year I have been trying to get my refund from them. I was told my refund was approved and it would take 60 to 90 days to received. After countless calls I was told I could not receive a refund and had to book with another surgeon that I didn't know which I wouldn't approved. Now an year later I find out Adore is closed. Wait thats not the end apparently all my files has been transferred to Avana Plastic Surgery and they want me to book with them. Out of the blue I received an email from ********************************* which started I had an upcoming appointment remind you I have no clue what she is talking about because I never contacted nor book with them. Emailed her back asking questions pertaining the email no response. Finally after 3 days I get in contact with her at Avana on the phone. Explaining I have no clue what she is talking about as she explained to me Adore sent her my file. When I told her I did not want to do business with ***** given I never gave consent with the company. She became rude and unprofessional telling me I have no choice unless I want to loose my deposit. By the way a deposit that I never give to them nor did I sign and consent forms with the company. Let just say I still don't have my deposit, I just don't understand how these companies are getting away with this.

I contacted Adore Plastic Surgery October 2022 requesting a refund as they were adding more charges. They change the facility change my provider so I filled out the refund request form on the portal. I received an email from someone there stating that it takes 60 to 90 days to process, I called in December because I didnt hear from anyone. It is now March 2023. Ive been calling and emailing just about every other day and every time I call it says that the office is closed. Ive been emailing and received no response and I want my thousand dollar refund back .

I almost died and required several surgeries to save **** was sick for several months as I healed from extensive wounds.Surgeons tried to get in touch with the clinic only to be given the run around. They do not care about your life. They "provided the service and would consider a revision if they saw that one would be needed" No sincere apologies, no word from the surgeon at that clinic. They know what they're doing.Lawyers will not take a medmal case because of how hard it is to prove. My hospital bills are outrageous.

Muy disgustada con el servicio de esta clnica, el ********************** se mudo de la clnica y ni se molest en llamarme, me cerraron mi portal, luego del Dr ****** regresar, y unas semanas despus volvi a irse, mi coordinadora tambin se fue de la clnica, me parece *** inestable, irresponsable. Me dieron un precio diciendo que ese es el precio total y despus aadieron otros cargos casi $900 *** *** poco profesional, no voy a poner mi salud y mi vida en manos de personal tan irresponsable. Ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero, despus de gastar dinero en depsitos, vuelo, estada y otros gastos. No los recomiendo, tengan mucho cuidado con esta Clnica y su personal irresponsable, inexpertos y falta de tica profesional.

On August 9th I went in for a bbl and a tummy tuck. August 10th I went in for my post opp really dizzy and in a lot of pain. The people in the office pretty much just stuffed cotton ***** of rubbing alcohol up my nose and pushed me out the door. Did not look at me. Did not provide me any information of what to do or when. Just nothing. A few days later I started calling and emailing to see when I can go back into the office to be seen. I had radio silence until I was able to get in touch with a manager on the call center side. Eventually ************************** to get my drains removed. One seemed to be clogged and I had some fluid build ** in my abdomin so they felt *************************************************************************************************************************** Days later.. my incision started to turn necrotic. I had to go see a wound specialist. Was admitted into the hospital for 7 days and also had to have another surgery. Now I am left with a really big open wound on my abdomin.. this is the worst and most painful experience I've ever had in my entire life. In addition to this. I paid for massages before my surgery. I never once received one massage. I request a refund like 2 months ago. Again radio silence. I spent close to $10k for no results and a bunch of medical issues and more medical bills. I have been speaking to some attorneys who feel like I have a case that are willing to work on a contingency fee basis. I honestly have so much going on with my own health i don't know if I feel up to it. I just want my money back. Especially for the massages since those services were never even rendered. I've gone back to read the bad reviews on here and it really *****. All the company does is say they are sorry and to not stop calling them? I've called. I've emailed. I'm about to give up and go the legal route. I've attached some photos of my wound. Please beware of adore plastic surgery. Your life seriously depends on this

I dont even want to leave 1 star, ZERO STARS!!!!! They are the complete worst company everrrrr and are VERY unprofessional! Ive been calling them since august 5th for them to send me over my medical records for a new job I got, they lied to me MULTIPLE times on when they would send it, how they would send, why they couldnt send and everything else. Just liars and very unprofessional! I would never recommend them to anyone. They need to be shut down, at least until they can get professional workers up there! Very sad.

Be very careful with this surgery center called Adore ********************** Center. This company is registered under **************************** **************************************************************************. It is affiliated with the now defunct JOLIE ********************** SURGERY CENTER and they are running the exact same scams. JOLIE ********************** SURGERY has 8 deaths reported, numerous ****** reviews of no refunds and canceled surgeries. The Attorney General is involved with them but seems to take years to close them down. They are taking people's money offering cheap surgeries and freebies but when it comes to the surgery they will claim that they never received your money or reschedule or offer a refund but you have to pay $500. The other scam is the day of your surgery you have to pay a "cell saver" (machine to clean blood) of $500 with no notice until that day or they cancel your surgery. That's the exact same scam run by JOLIE ********************** SURGERY center. The original owner of JOLE ********************** is ********************* with his layer wife ***************************** OF ******************** OFFICES. They keep opening up new surgery centers under different names as the registered agents in Sunbiz.org. The names they have used in the past are ***************************, ******************* **** ********************************* ****************************** ********, ***************************, *********************, *******************************, *********************** (refunds coordinator of Jolie ********************** Surgery). On Sunbiz.org ********************* has 18 different business registered including ***************, **** ******************, Vanity Cosmetic Center.JOLIE ********************** SURGERY had a refund coordinator called *********************** whose real job was to give you the runaround and not give you a refund. Well she has now recently opened ********************** LLC.The Attorney General is involved with them but seems to take years to close them down because the main ******************* Labrador creates more plastic surgery centers under new names. Then ***************************** his lawyer wife keeps cleaning up his mess of refunds and lawsuits.
