      On April 16th 2024 I transferred $1,150 to *** to paint my home after receiving Invoice No, M461 to plaster walls and remove wallpaper. *** came once on Thursday May 2nd, and a 2nd time on Saturday May 4th for a total of 4 hours resulting in one partially painted room and 2 faucets replaced which were paid for separately ($70). *** has consistently failed to keep his word about "coming with his guys" and even alone. After many weeks of being given the run around and excuses, I began to look up his business. First, he is not registered on Sunbiz. Then i found him here with 3 other complaints that were identical to mine. My son and I reached out to him after seeing the complaints and wished to no longer do business with Global Property Maintenance Services, we requested 75% of our deposit back (******) and told him to keep 25% to pay for the partially painted room. HE AGREED TO REFUND THE MONEY VIA ZELLE AS HE RECEIVED IT. He said he will return it today May 13th, in the morning. After not receiving the funds I texted him, he said he was going to drop it off this afternoon. I told him to send it thru *****. He said he would drop it off. I asked him to zelle it, he is making us wait longer than the timeframe HE gave me, unnecessarily. The reason is clear, he thinks he can continue to scam people and get away with it. A message for the previous author of complaints: The next step is small claims court should it get there, (depending on what you're owed, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE ACTION CONSIDERING NOW 4 COMPLAINTS for the exact same reasons). Global will be responsible for paying you back up to the full amount PLUS interest (in some cases) and court/filing fees.

      I hired this contractor back in Dec 2023 to do multiple misc improvements to my commercial property. He requested most of the overall invoice upfront so he could order materials required. After 2 weeks he stopped showing up and refuses to return funds that were paid to him.

      More than 75 % of the job was completed ,including new A/C conduits replaced and extra repairs to deteriorated roof ,trusses ,insulation and dead rodent carcasses removal which were never on job scope but we did out of good faith and to help out including help clean and even mopping filthy floor due to backed up sewer lines and urine and f**** which were spewing into bathroom floors in restaurant we installed PVC insulation on walls and did several demolition and small plumbing work and owner got upset and started micro managing on project and got extremely out of line ,so we decided to pull it was best to refund a portion of job which was due 25 %

      *** the owner is a scam. Be careful. He took my payment deposit for an asphalt work and never answer again the phone number or toriles my texts. Dont do business with that person or his company called Global property maintenance services.

      This company installed a bathroom floor and never completed the work. I paid on March 24th and they never returned to fix the issues. During this time I ordered flooring and a front door and paid on April 1. He returned the money for the flooring because he removed the flooring and never showed up to install the new, and has yet to return the money from the front door and install. He - ***********************, owner of Global Property Maintenance Service. Since May 13th, ****** has agreed to return my money or install the front door and has done neither. Weekly updates are not provided unless majorly provoked but zero follow through.

      Hello,Back in 03/12/23 I spoke with *************** regarding a fence installation for my house (************************** *******, **. *****), the following day I received a quote (Invoice number M461) and Rob required a 60% deposit for materials and such. He requested the payments to be made via Zelle, which I did. He confirmed the payments (I have written confirmation from him as well as the bank transactions). A total $5,100 dollars were paid as part of the 60% as agreed on 03/16/23. Since then, there has been excuse after excuse for not completing the job. As a matter of fact, nothing has been done aside from removing 5 fence posts from my property. It's 5/18/23 today which marks more than two months after deposit payment. Communication has been spotty and often ignoring my calls and texts. I've been extremely patient but at this point this feels like a scam. I've asked to please either refund the money or deliver the materials so I can have another company finish the job but that has lead to nothing either. Please help! I don't know what to do and losing $5,100 is not something I can financially afford.Regards,********************
