2018 this company replaced my septic tank and drainfield. I paid ********* To them with a 5 year warranty. I started having a problem last year 3 and a half years later. Not knowing the problem would end up being the drainfield. I called them and they came immediately and pumped out the septic tank. I then paid them $350.00. Three months later the septic was full again. I called them and the lady that answers the phone said that the owner ******************* would have to speak to me about that. I waited 2 weeks for his call. And in between called the office three or 4 times and I was given the run around. He never called me back. begging them for over 4 weeks. I luckily enough had the owners (*******************) cel phone and called him directly. Not knowing who I was he answered the phone and when I explained the problem he said (lady you need a new drain field)Thats when I said ( I paid you ********* for a new drain field three years ago. He sent his brother *** who is field supervisor he said that the problem was that the soil had hardened. So he scheduled to come back 2 weeks later. They came with equipment and drilled the soil around the drain field.It lasted 5 months. January of this year we started having back up again. Sure enough the septic was full again. I called the office and again .Again I was told ******************* the owner is the only one that can help me and he would call me back. After waiting another 2 weeks, he did not call me. I called him on his cel and again not knowing who I was he answered. When I clearly told him who I was he said your problem now is to much water consumption. I told him no way there are 2 less people living there so I called ***** and got the water consumption from 3 months before he did the drainfield (which is what he requested from us to do the drainfield.The consumption has lowered every month since the job was done. I called the office they told him and said he would call me. Now he does not even answer the calls.Business response

Good Morning ,, we are sorry about this drain field having a problem ... *********************** Installed driveway ight on top of the drainfield ... hand written right on her invoice it says if you put a drive on top of the drainfield the warranty is void ..Customer response
