I hired ***** ***** of Southern Property Solutions over 18 months ago to build my home. Still not complete! It's been a total nightmare: (1) General Contractor complained about finances from the beginning. Home owner realize the **** of Southern Property Solutions had building materials accounts in home owners name (*******) at ******* **** ****** (red flag) and not in **** name nor his business. (2) framing issues throughout the entire home. The subs were hired by **** The 1st. (guy/sub) ***** ***** hired; backed out due to health reason. There were a total of 3 different subcontractors came out and attempted to correct the awful framing! I was billed additional outside the scope of the allocated bank draft for framing. The inperfections still exists! This could've been prevented if **** was on top of his job! (3) **** never present to monitor what was going on. ******* absence set the bad tone for homeowner; who was force to engage with subs do to his absence! (4) Homeowner was forced to take over bank draft from **** due to financial flags. Once that occurred the delays were in full force. (5) **** allowed a rough electric inspection to pass even though it wasn't in accordance with floor plan by the customer and his architect ( red flag) (6) **** breached contract by not installing safe room even though he was informed (18) months in advance. (7) **** agreed to price reduction for completion which he has not completed. He was paid in advance 26,000.00 for ****! (8) I'm still waiting on three doors to be hung (it's been over (2) months! (9) **** received advance payment then he removed the Portable Potty and garbage bin before construction site is complete. The nightmare goes on with hired subs for electrical which homeowner file a complaint#******** with ***** ********.
