We purchased the furniture ************** Set Sofa' Love seat and Recliner on 1-13-2023 with a 5 year warranty. It was delivered to our home on 2-10-2023 with defects. I text **** the owner and person that sold it to us, to let him know that there were defects that needed to be resolved. On 4-12-2023 **** sent out ***** with ***** Home Solutions to evaluate the problem. ***** said it was the mechanism so they ordered one. On 6-13-2023 ***** installed the mechanism and made some adjustments. Although it wasn't perfect it looked somewhat better. After reclining in it that evening it was the same as before. My cell phone some how did a factory reset at that time, so I'm not able to confirm dates as to what happen until 9-11-2023. I text **** again on 9-11 to remind him that I still have the same problem. I told **** that I swooped the love seat back with the couch back and now the problem was on the couch and not the love seat. **** ask me if they replace the back piece would fix the problem? I replied as long as it's built right yes. Dec.1-2023 I text **** is there any progress with the repair of the back portion? **** replied he ordered a new mechanism. **** ask for pics of labels under the love seat and I sent them. Jan. 13-2024 I text **** It's been a year since we purchased this furniture an was delivered on 2-10-2024 with the defect Do you have a estimated time for the repair? **** replied he has the and will be calling. ***** came to our home to install the part and it was the same part that he already replaced. I told ***** that I exchange the back from the love seat with the couch and now the problem was on the couch. ***** had a phone conversation with ****, and said replacing the mechanism would not fix it , took some picture and left. Feb. 23 2024 I test **** What's the next step with getting my furniture corrected? no reply. Feb. 29-2024 I text **** I hope you haven't forgotten about our furniture that was defective when first delivered. No Reply.
