I purchased a refrigerator on 4/40/2024 with the understanding that the handles be placed on the right side of the unit. The company has had 3 different people try to do this. Now they want to send another person to look at the unit. They have setup appointments for someone to come out and look at the unit 2 different times that the company didnt even know that they were scheduled to come. I have missed 2 days of work waiting for someone to show that didnt show. When the handles are changed it leaves a gap on the hinge side, leaving it unable to seal. I have asked for my money back, only to be told that they will have to send another person out.Badcock Home Furnishing Center Response

I bought a furniture set from badcocks in *************************** and the furniture start wearing out both chairs and a mess we call badcocks and they said then send a repair man in the spot day never heard nothing call them they said that something happen the appt wasn't setup so we reschedule the appt some guy came out and put a Inch piece of foam in the cousin and i dont think a brand new chair should be like that and by the way it took three weeks to get it tried to exchange it they told me no but instead they are going replace both cousins I don't know what that is going to do this furniture is junk and 6 months later still hasn't been resolved and corporate won't help I buy alot of stuff from them I know there prices are high but they use to stand behind there product and all they had to do is exchange it was brand new it wouldn't of costed them nothing and they say there stuff is warrantyReview from Margo B

This review is strictly focused on the BABCOCK on ***************************. location in ******, ** This location violated its delivery agreement with me on furniture I paid delivery charges to upfront and found the furniture was damaged.I took pictures of the damages and went into the store spoke with and showed the pictures to the Manager (*****) he said he would come to my home and observe the damages and replace the furniture within 24 hours, He never did come in the appointed time frame which expired and now want satisify the claim or replace the damaged furniture. I will not buy anything again from this company Badcock again. In the past year I have purchased over $5600.00 or more plus this additional $ ******* that is damaged. I love the style that they sale and its quality but, the customer service and manager of this location sucks!! Yes, I said it doesnt live up to its delivery contractReview from JULIE W

I purchased a sectional on 2/24/24. I believe his name was ****** ? and he was very helpful with me buying the couch and explaining the warranty and the deliver time. A week later on 3/02/24 they delivered my couch early in the day. The 2 delivery men *** and ******* did an excellent job! They were so nice and professional and were very careful bringing my couch in and putting it together and explaining to me how certain parts of the couch worked. They gave me a suggestion on how the couch should be arranged in my living room and it worked perfectly. They were also very fast at getting things completed. I am very pleased.Review from Boyanna W

Badcocks of ******* sold a disabled veteran truck driver and a disabled blind man a refrigerator that quit working the same day and replaced the door and had Frigidaire come out a month later and voided their warranty after they removed the panel and it was infested. Tried to reason with Badcocks. They did not even care about my father on the rode as a truck driver and he is not an electrician to make sure the door was not infested of the blind man that could not see to report. Then they claim they do not pickup. They expect him to pay for an infested refrigerator that does not even work. I informed customer service that doesn't even care to replace or trade out to keep a customer. Then he informed me that there are no other complaints about this company. They do not care that they are expecting my father's money for an infested appliance and that they had to have their brand new home sprayed due to this appliance. Please help he is 69 still working and getting took advantage of while he is still serving his country as a truck driver I am so glad that he served his country his whole life for no one to care about his as well as the blind veteran that served his country as well.. do better please. My mother his wife passed away November 1st and is still trying to recover her unexpected passing.Review from Dwayne B

I bought 2 brand new chairs and not even a month. Is started to come apart at the seems and I called them. They kept giving me excuses. And then they told me that the stitching is not covered and that there's only a 1 day. Warranty return policy. So they're not going to fix it. I still have to pay for it. Sold me a $3000 furniture set. It did not even last 1 year. I did not buy the extended warranty as I am a single woman with no kids. I am very easy on my furniture and other couches and loveseats have lasted years. Very disappointed as the staff didnt even care that the furniture broke and will no longer recline. This happened to one side of the sofa and ************* one side as well. Very cheaply made furniture. Stay away from them as their whole goal is to sell cheaply made furniture for a high price. We bought a couch in May 2023. In July 2023, a hinge stripped out. We contacted Badcock about the warranty we bought. After multiple visits, “corporate” said the tech creates his own schedule. My wife picks up my daughter from school at 12 which requires her to leave at 1130. The “only appointment” that is available is 1130-1. They can’t guarantee a 1230-1 arrival time which would allow her to make it back home. We also gave authorization to complete the repair with no one home. They are still refusing to show up after months of the part “being on back order.” Refund me my warranty cost or get out here and fix this immediately.Review from Dee B

Don't do it!! The company is a complete rip off, especially if you finance your furniture. I have already paid six thousand dollars on furniture that I still owe on!! The furniture I purchased was on clearance and not to mentioned damaged upon delivery. Asked them to come get it, cause this isn't top quality furniture! Was told no just donate it and they will call it even!! Make this a last, last choice before you buy. They aren't interested in helping just want more money for cheap furniture.Review from Teresa R
