    I hired Beneath My Feet Landscaping LLC for lawn maintenance. The agreement is that I pay $110 per month and in the summer months my lawn is cut every week and in the winter months every other week. Starting at the beginning of November they stopped showing up to my house to cut my lawn. Being that it is winter and my grass is growing at an extremely slow rate, I gave the business a pass and expected that they would start cutting my lawn as agreed. However, the problem persisted through the entire month of November but with the holidays I figured I'd wait another month to give them a chance. Once again, I made a poor choice in giving them another chance because the problem persisted through the month of December as well. I only received one communication in this time and it was them notifying me that they would be coming out on a different day than they normally came however, I was out of town and unable to open my gate for them to do my backyard at that time. So in a 2 month span my yard has not been serviced and I only received communication from them once. I finally decided to let them know that I know longer wanted to continue the service on January 3rd and the owner got extremely unprofessional in a hurry. I have submitted proof of payment in the attached documents for the months discussed. I have also submitted a picture of the correspondence of the conversation between myself and the owner, Joe T*****, and lastly, I have submitted a picture of my yard showing that it has not been serviced. I am requesting a 2 month refund in the amount of $220 for the months that I paid without receiving the service agreed upon. I am prepared to take this to court if it is not resolved.

    Excellent service, **************** is an honest hard working man. He drove by my property after the last hurricane, and as busy as he was, he came back and helped me in my time of need. His prices are affrodable and fair. You will never find a nicer person and *****************. I have been with him into the 2nd year and he is the only one I would ever do business with!
