Our two dogs were dropped off in July for training. From what we knew they were doing great, months went by and they kept saying they werent ready to go home but that they would continue to train them free of charge since they havent got it down. They kept making excuses and Finally it got to the point where we decided it was time to go get them because it just had been too long. Mind you during this time we were sending food there and everything. This place was 4 hours from where we live. So when we arrived I immediately knew my dogs were not well treated. They were skinny and my poodle looked like she hadnt been brushed the entire 3 months she was there. She was matted head to toe, you couldnt even see her eyes. She smelt horrid and was barley moving. The moment we got them in the car I schedule a vet appt for them and that night ended up having to shave her entire coat to her skin because she was in so much pain. My Doberman has a rash covering her whole body. The vet confirmed they both had pink eye and ear infections in both ears. My poodles ears were so bad that they started to decay from the bottom up. She had infected sores all over her body and was in so much pain. My Doberman had an infection all over her body. They were so neglected and wont even return our calls or texts, they have gotten my reviews on ****** removed 3 times now and blocked our numbers when we sent them the vet documents. These people should be put out of business.

On 9/11/22, we dropped off our 19 week old German Shepherd puppy to Euro Pros K-9 Center's 3 week "Puppy Dog Boot Camp." We sat with ******* and ************************* (owner),and discussed how we would like the puppy to be trained: in German, all the basic commands, sit, down, stay, place and 11 more commands. ******* also said that she, herself, would be training the puppy to remain in one place on land the size of a football field, while she ran down to the other end. We paid a total of $3,495 for this 3 week training. It was paid in full, as was requested, on 9/11/22.Hurricane *** came midweek on week 3 of the training. I called ****************** to make sure the puppy would be safe. She assured me that he would be, as they evacuate to an elementary school with the dogs in their care.We were able to pick up the puppy on 10/2/22. He was emaciated, even though ******* told us that he had been fed 4.5 cups of puppy food, that we supplied, plus hotdogs for training, daily. He gained only 1 pound in three weeks. There is no evidence that the puppy was trained at all. He does not respond to any of the commands, which were allegedly taught to him in English. He is frequently voiding in his crate, which he did not do prior to being placed in their care. The puppy is jumping on furniture and on the countertops. He was not taught **************" as they said he would be taught, as he is swirling my other dog around by his tail. We feel that Euro Pros K-9 Center misrepresented themselves as reputable dog trainers, when, in actuality, it was *******'s teenaged son who was allegedly training the puppy. There was a constant lack of communication: ******* had said that we'd hear from her weekly, we did not. I requested and received one video of the puppy being told to "place" by *******'s teenaged son. The dog was clearly distracted and didn't "place" and stay in "place" command. We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of training.

My partner and I were having difficulty with our 7 year old Australian Shepherd. She had fear aggression and we could not have anyone around us without her going crazy and wanting to attack people. We were desperate as she was costing us so much money by building fences and having to board her constantly because we couldn't take her places with us or have someone babysit her. We found Linda and Euro Pros on Thumbtack. We contacted Linda who put us in contact with Oscar in our area (Johnson City) to help with our situation. Oscar visited us in our home and we felt confident they could help us calm down our out of control dog. We opted for the 3 week program and Oscar said he was confident he could do it within that time. We gave her over to Oscar on Nov 24. When checking on the progress for her on Dec 13, Oscar said she was going to need more time but he would have her ready before Christmas. Christmas came and we had not heard any updates. We reached out and was told that he was almost ready with her and we could pick her up in a few days. We went to the "graduation" and he walked her up and down a road, made her sit, lay down and come to him. And that was it. We were handed the leash and some treats. He encouraged us to do those things when we got home so she wouldn't slip up. We brought her back and things we okay for the first few days. We worked with her with the commends like Oscar showed us. But then she started going to the bathroom in the house constantly, her stool was loose and was being left everywhere. We finally had to reach out to our local vet. When we brought her in they did a test on her stool and found she had a level 3 (out of 4) whipworm infestation. During this time it was clear that her behavior had not changed. She was still fear aggressive, barking at any stranger, anyone at the front door, wanting to go after anyone who would come into the home. She also got worse with jumping up on counter tops, pulling down food off of counters.
