****************** In the service department first name E last name D, one of the service advisers who works at Honda of aventura treats his clients with the up most respect and helps find the solution in everything hes very knowledgeable and his follow up is always on point for me to know where I am in the process. **************** And for the sales department there was a very cheery and full of energy salesperson who loves what he does. he cheered me up and though Im not buying a vehicle and was in service he made my day he doesnt make buying or the question of if Im looking for a car or the switch to a new car easy as he brought up my mood before asking I would recommend him always and I will bring people to him as he showed me what Ive never seen from another salesman do. his name is ** and last name ** or ***Review from Christopher T

I went to get service on my car and a car salesman by the name of *************************** was very kind and helpful and gave me some advice on how I can protect my car and help it last longer. I didnt feel like I was being attack or oversold he was helpful and educated me. If you go to buy a Honda not just this place but this salesperson is the guy you need trust me demand to speak to him great person super trustworthy excellent experience .Review from David D

I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership, where my problems were ignored, and the customer service was nonexistent. However, my visit to the Honda of Aventura changed my perspective. The team here not only acknowledged my concerns but also went above and beyond to resolve the problems I was facing. I had one of my best experiences buying a car from Honda of Aventura, ******************* has to be one of the easiest going General Managers I have ever meet in the car business very easy to deal with and very understanding to my needs. It all started when ********************* from the internet department gave me all of the information on the car I was interested in so I can make the decision to come in and buy it. This was by far one of the best experiences I had with purchasing a vehicle. This time was the first time for me at this location, and I cant say enough about the managers and my salesman. Professional, patient, and did not waste my time on back and forth negotiations. They gave me a wonderful deal and I was in and out in no time.

At honda of aventura i feel the best to take my cars and people i know to this dealership cause I know they are going to take care of me and my family i go to ****** or ******** or ***** when i need to get my car or a car for a friend or family or even people i know they always take care of me with the upmost respect and when i take my car to service **** and Hiro and the service team help me with all my needs they are amazing and highly recommend anyone who needs a car or has a honda to take it to honda of aventura you will not be disappointed by the ones I mentioned and not to say the others arent amazing as they always greet me with a smile and the say hello how am I doing to day I feel great knowing I will always get top notch service from them when I go in!!! If I could give more stars. Sitting with ***** and ******* for my cousins 2021 honda Hrv ex-l and for the families friends 2022 honda pilot exl they did an amazing jobs helping you understand what you are getting and show you the benefits of what everything comes with.Review from Marlon B
