      Owner is always honest about what's going on and trustworthy. Prices are fair. I've recommended him to many friends and family and always get great feedback from them. In fact, those people have started recommending his work to other people they know as well. I feel so much better taking my vehicle here and knowing that I can trust the work that's being done and know he is not taking advantage (as other shops have). The fact that everybody I know has also had a positive experience here reinforces that this is a trustworthy shop. Will always be a loyal customer!

      Rodney is an honest and talented mechanic. I trust him and his shop 100% and that isn't easy to say about mechanics these days. I've recommended him to my friends, parents, and inlaws with absolutely zero complaints.

      TERRIBLE COMMUNICATOR, TERRIBLE MECHANIC, DOES NOT CONFORM TO STANDARDS OF AUTOMOTIVE WORK

      Firstly, I'd like to apologize that our service did not meet your expectations. I take great care to ensure that the vehicles we work on are properly diagnosed, repaired and returned to the customer with the highest quality work and in the timeliest fashion. In your case, the vehicle presented the issue of stalling only on the initial start of the day, giving us only one opportunity to diagnose the root cause of the issue each morning. As I personally discussed with you, since you were pressing us with time, the ICP sensor was our professional opinion for the cause of the vehicle stalling. But I also told you with full transparency, that I could not condemn the ICP sensor, and I was not certain replacing the ICP sensor would resolve the problem, and I let you decide if you wanted us to perform the work, knowing that you would be billed for parts and labor. You gave us permission to perform the work, and we proceeded to replace the ICP sensor as discussed. If this ICP sensor was faulty, all our work is still covered under warranty. The other portion of your complaint is regarding the corresponding pigtail for the ICP sensor. We never discussed replacing the pigtail nor included it as part of the scope of work nor were you billed for this - as evidenced in the provided invoice that you read and signed. I was aware that you were unhappy with my service, when I let you know the sensor did not resolve the issue and you stated you were going to come pick up the truck on February 15, 2022 knowing it wasn't repaired(also on the provided invoice). I extended a $135.00 discount in good faith(also evidenced on the signed and provided invoice) and gave you the ICP sensor that we removed. Further, what I can do at this time, if you are able to return the ICP that you claim to be defective, if it is indeed defective, I can return it to my supplier and provide you a full refund on this part since it is still under warranty. As I have many industry colleagues in this area, I am aware your truck is still at the authorized Ford repair facility, since the beginning of June, being worked on for this issue. I know automotive repairs are usually unexpected costs that cause a great deal of frustration on the part of the consumer. We all want our vehicles to function as they were designed to do, so it is a burden when they fail to do so. My teams goal, is to ease the burden when our customers are dealing with automotive pains. I hope you are able to take me up on the offer to bring me back the faulty ICP so that I can issue you a refund on the part. Further, I hope that the Ford Facility is able to return your truck to you soon. Regardless of the outcome, I wish you all the best in your future automotive needs.

      SORRY FOR LATE RESPONSE I HAVE BEEN OUT OF STATE SINCE 06/14/2022

      I WOULD LIKE TO ATTRACT YOU ATTENTION TO A FEW UNTRUE STATEMENTS, SIGNS OF COLLUSION BETWEEN "ALL OUT AUTO" AND FORD REPAIR FACILITY. AND OTHER BOTHERSOME ITEMS

      1. " UNTRUE STATEMENT" THAT I WAS PRESSURING RODNEY AFTER NOT HEARING FROM HIM FOR DAYS, I DID CALL I WAS CONCERNED AND HADNT HAD ANY WORD FOR DAYS IN FACT THAT WHOLE STATEMENT ABOUT PRESSURE, TRANSPARENCY, AND DISCUSSION ABOUT ICP SENSOR IS ALL UNTRUE.

      2. "UNTRUE STATMENT" THE INSTALLATION OF PIG TAIL WAS DISCUSSED AND HE STATED HE WOULD REPLACE [OEM] PARTS WHEN ORDERED COMES WITH PIGTAIL. [REASON WHY IT IS INCLUDED IS THAT ICP SENSOR LEAKS WHICH CAUSES PIG TAIL TO SHORT OUT WHICH IN TURN CAUSES ENGINE LIGHT ON DASH TO APPEAR AND COMPUTER THROWS P2285 CODE.

      3."SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY" HOW DID RODNEY KNOW THAT MY VEHICLE WAS AT "AUTHORIZED FORD DEALERSHIP" SINCE THE" BEGINNING OF JUNE" WHY OR WHAT REASON WOULD "FORD REPAIR FACILITY NEED TO CONSULT WITH RODNEY?

      4. JEFF AT FORD DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT ICP SENSOR [ WAS LOST OR TRASHED] SO UNABLE TO GET REFUND "OFFER" FROM RODNEY { QUESTION.....WOULDNT A PERSON HANG ON TO PARTS TO SHOW THAT WORK WAS NOT DONE IN THE BEGINNING? I WOULD HAVE.
      5. "UNTRUE STATEMENT"THE ALLEGED "GOOD FAITH" DISCOUNT WAS ACTUALLY REMOVED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DIAGNOSTIC DONE

      IN CLOSING MY HOPE IS THAT YOU DRILL DOWN ON HIS STATEMENT AND INDEED SEE THAT HIS STATEMENTS ABOUT WORK BEING PREFORMED, HAVING KNOWLEDGE THAT ONLY COULD HAVE CAME FROM FORD THAT VEHICLE HAS BEEN THERE FOR A MONTH MUST GIVE YOU PAUSE THAT SOMETHING IS JUST NOT RIGHT.
