      My *********** visited the Blue Martini at Mercato August 18. We came in at 1:25 AM. The bouncer at the door told us the club was closing at 2 AM and if we wanted to come in we could pay half for the entrance fee. We just wanted to get a drink so we did. We first came to the bar closes to the restroom. ********* was very nice and she did our order of two Margaritas very fast. Drinks were not very good so we decided to get two ****** Mules at the bar where the ** was playing. I went to the restroom and when I came back my husband had the drinks already at this point it was around 1:37. He complained that the girl at the bar (the bartender) was not very nice and had a horrible attitude. We continued to consume our drinks and talked. At 1:44 a RUDE older security guard came and literally told us the place was closed and we needed to leave immediately! I said I was not done with my drink and he said to CHUG IT DOWN! I looked at the bartender and asked her if I could get a cup to go or a bag to seal the drink to which she replied that she couldn't do it and to drink it or not drink it and LEAVE. I then got upset at her attitude and complained about her selling us drinks that she knew we couldn't finish because the place was closing at 1:45 and not at 2 like the they told us at the entrance. She then proceeded to call security on us. Both security guards came with a nasty attitude and belittled me like I was a child! How can you have employees treating the people that is actually coming to your establishment like trash! Your club and Mercato overall was empty on a Friday. I left the drinks almost full at the bar as I was thrown out like a dog. Very unprofessional behavior especially from your bartender. She was very rude and lacked professionalism. My husband and I felt disrespected. We don't go out often and decided to do so last night. It was the worst decision to visit Blue Martini as it ruined our night.

      On the night in question the guests entered Blue Martini at 1:21 a.m., and went to the *** Bar, where they ordered 2 margaritas. Once they were finished with their drinks they went to our Stage Bar, at 1:34 a.m., and ordered 2 ****** Mules. The woman went to the ladies room and when she returned they asked for a "to go" cup. The bartender said "no, you are not allowed to take drinks outside." This is when the woman became upset with our employee. At this time,  at 1:48 a.m, the bartender called security to ****** them out. As our hours of operation will show, the business closes at 2:00 a.m. and the guests were aware of this when the entered the establishment.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      After so many weeks of waiting for a response from this establishment this response we get? You are wrong!  I came back from the bathroom and after 4 min of getting our drinks I was told that the place was closed. We said that we had not finished the drinks and the security told us to chug it down with the nastiest attitude! Like we were juveniles! I then asked the bartender for a proper **** cup that a lot of places have now. She proceded to tell me that she could not and I asked why she had sold us drinks 5 min before if she new that they were closing before 2 AM. The bar didnt close at 2 AM it closed before.  This place lacks decency and proper customer service. As a Restaurant Owner myself, I would never put a foot in this establishment nor recommend it. Management is exactly the same, just trash. Everyone should get a proper customer service course and ********************** should go back to get their Management Degree because they clearly dont know a thing.
