Absolutely horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong sized doors back in April and it is currently July and I still do not have my doors. I have been yanked around and told I would get shipping information and still have none.I spent a large amount of money on a full kitchen from them, and the sales person who assisted me was great in the beginning in order to get my money, but then once you place the order the customer service disappears!!Do not order from them!

I called 3 consecutive days and always got your answering service and asked for a return call from a in store person. Never received a call. My painting contractor went to your store in person and once I was able to talk to **** everything was great. Another gentleman helped me with ordering so it turned out to be as good an experience possible when spending money. I hope I get all the right cabinets undamaged.

Problem 1: I spent a lot of time with Lindsey designing my kitchen. She was very helpful and kind during the process and very responsive. I provided a plan designed by another cabinet maker but I decided not to go with them since they used press board. The original design showed 39 inch upper cabinets. I repeatedly asked Lindsey if my cabinets were tall enough to go to the ceiling and she reassured me that they would go to the ceiling. It was not clear from the designs she sent me how tall the cabinets were. The upper cabinet arrived and were only 36 inches tall. I also wanted to include a pantry - this was ordered at exactly my ceiling height even though I asked for them and the design showed them lining up with the pantry. There is a 6 inch gap from the cabinets to the ceiling except for the pantry (which had to be shaved to fit in the space. I have to reorder all the upper cabinets at my expense to make the line at the top even through the upper kitchen cabinets. Problem 2: Original shipped cabinets - 1 extra, 1 that was the wrong size and 1 that was damaged. I have been trying to fix these problems for 10 days without resolution. I have emailed daily. Submitted the claims they asked me to submit. However I have not received a response. I am without a kitchen for the past 10 day without resolution in site. I am very disappointed with my experience.

That is not how I remember the call. I would like to point out that I was told that it was my fault that the upper cabinets were not the right size since customers, not designers buy the cabinets in the cart. The designer placed the cabinets in the cart. I dont even know how to place cabinets in the cart since they are all identifiable by internal numbers. The sales manager did not want to give a discount until he saw the review I had written. He then offered to give me 22% off and then an additional 12% off which equals the current Memorial Day sale of a full 40% off the entire purchase . He did give me a $100 off shipping. He was very condescending and not apologetic. I finally just agreed to everything because we have been without a kitchen for 1 month. I would say if you double check all measurements of each cabinet one by one with the designer, the quality is what I expected. At this point, I built into my estimates additional cost because I thought things on line inevitably go wrong. I am still below budget from going with a local installer but not by much and instead of 2 ***** without a kitchen , it will be more likely 6 weeks. If I had to do it all over, I would pay the little bit extra for a local contractor.ps they still have not replace broken piece.
