      In May of 2023 made appointment for tooth crown at Bonita Springs Crown in an Hour, Returned for crown placement a week later. After a few days I called office to tell them that tooth was a poor fit causing me pain. Made appointment with dentist only to be shown diagrams that I needed over $2000 more work to have a satisfactory bite. My bite was always perfect for many years before visiting Crown in an Hour. In desperation, I called for an appointment at ***************************** in an Hour. I was told that was ok since my Bonita dentist was fired. (That was a lie as he left to go elsewhere..}Dentist in ****** was rude and defensive and dismissed my daughter and me. I am experiencing pain and bleeding gums and THEY DON'T CARE.

      Good Afternoon

      ************** came for a crown on 2023, she did not come back with a complain until almost one year later. I talked to her and as courtesy told her that she can have a free evaluation and also that if the crown #** (the crown one of our Doctors  did for her on 2023) had a problem then we will fix it. She came and the #** is not the problem but #** and #** are causing severe crowding on number #**. We did not charge for the visit but we can fix something that has nothing to do with the crown we made .(#**) . The Doctor which is actually the owner of the practice explained what she really needs but she got upset. Also the doctor who originally did the crown was fired then he came back last year for few month and now he opened his own practice, we still keep the good relationship with him .Please let me know if anything else is needed. All documents attached have ************** signature.

      I paid them for a root canal that turned into an extraction and bridge work. Ive been having problems with the bridge they did and Ive been having inflammation and discomfort around that area but they kept sending me away telling me it is recession. I have visited other dentist offices to examine the issue and I was told the work was done incorrectly and I dont have a recession but a 4 mm gap also from behind the bridge that they wont fix. I paid a lot of money and financed what I didnt have and they dont stand behind the implied warranty they had stated they had.

      Within the last year, since the bridge was done, I have visited the dental office on several occasions to discuss this issue with the faulty bridge because Ive been in severe discomfort and the whole area has been inflamed and I have been seen by their dentists and was offered a new bridge but was told by the dental office that I would have to apply for a whole new financing and pay around $3000 to get it fixed. They did not offer any kind of warranty on this matter that is why, as the last resort, I contacted the Better Business Bureau to be able to find some justice and help in this issue.

      Good afternoon,

      I have visited the Dental Crown ************** several times during the past year complaining about discomfort and pain following the treatment, last time I saw their dentist on 3/29/23 at approx 2:30pm and was sent away being told I have a recession and their is no warranty on that and was also told they make thousands of these bridges a week and they never had a complaint and also the doctor told me because I am a woman I would have noticed it immediately , I didnt really understand what he intended by that.

      I paid for a root canal, than I was told I needed an extraction on that tooth and than I was told I needed a bridge. The total with extraction and root canal was over $5000. I couldnt afford to pay cash so they recommended me to take a loan through their loan service. They accepted my insurance and I was entitled to 50 % refund through my insurance but my insurance told me they never bothered to send them the right paperwork so my insurance refund was denied. 

      The pain and discomfort got so extreme I had to visit another dentist who said I had 2 opening on the bridge and that led to cavity which got so deep I now need a root canal. I had to get another bridge done who cost me another $3500 and a root canal which will cost me around $1000.

      Ive tried contacting the office manager **** several times during last week, also left a message for her on 5/31/23 and never got any phone call back trying to resolve this situation.

      Hello!

      ******************* said she tried to communicate with me , was clear I was out of the office from May 29 to June 4. I was taking care of my parents in ****, I am back now so she can call me anytime. Also I will like a letter from the professional who stated that the work was done incorrectly. I sent the Xray for the bridge done and is not showing any gap. I think the best is ******************* to come here so we can talk and resolve the issue.

      Good afternoon,

      I am not sure I should provide you with all evidence because you are not promising me anything in return and if anything I have learned by doing business with you, any agreement with you needs to be in writing. This is evidence I will use in case I will need to go to court. If you want my evidence now we need to come to a settlement now, at the bare minimum I want the money Ive paid you for the bridge and the money I am paying again for the new *************** canal as a result of the maltreatment. I can send you all the bills. Are you willing to settle with me for $8000 now? And I am not asking for pain and suffering and the badly made root canal and unnecessary extraction.. You are not offering me anything for my evidence and my evidence is solid. I have letters from other dentists, I have messages proving my appointments, X-rays, images, complaints from other patients. I just want to settle this and I want back at least what you have cost me in faulty work and replacement of the work you did that was supposed to be professional.

      I really dont understand what ******************* means saying what we would give her in return for her evidence? she attached a treatment from another office, that is not a letter saying we did wrong, she started the treatment over 2 years ago and not less than a year, the tooth problem she has is #** and as you can see in the images we attached she did not have a decay in #** when we did the bridge on 28,29,and **. is nothing in her treatment saying we did something wrong, she had basic cleanings because she wanted only what insurance cover but with the amount of decay she has (you can see on the images in the upper clearly ) she need cleanings every 3 months and not just basic cleanings. About the papers she stated she has from another patients complaining I think she should let them complain , is not way we give $8k to somebody who paid $3k for a bridge and as the other doctor said she has a decay on #** who must be a consequence of not taking care of the proper cleanings. Thank you for helping to resolve the matter.

      Good afternoon.

      ****, I got a faulty bridge done by your office which decayed as shown in the images. The bridge was done in late April of 2022 as proved in the text message attached from your office. The letter from doctor and the image enclosed specifically states that the bridge was open on two sides with 3-4 mm openings on each side, that is why the teeth decayed as also explained by other dentists I had to visit since I was always sent away from your office on several visits where I complained about the loose bridge and the fact I had food getting underneath. Last time I visited your office I was seen by ********************** and was told the bridge needed to be replaced but it wouldnt be covered under warranty which I was still eligible for. The last time I visited your office was 3/31/23 at approx 2:30 and instead of being helped I was sent away being told i couldnt be helped or if so I would have to pay for the treatment again. I am asking for $8 000 because I needed to get a new bridge and I am getting two root canals. Also I contacted my dental insurance company and was told you never submitted the paperwork and therefore I wasnt refunded 50% of the cost of the treatment, I can provide you with the documentation also. I had proper teeth cleanings 2x yearly and I can enclose the documents to prove it. 

      All I want is justice and my money back.

      we are not sending you away, never did ********************* really didnt do the bridge but he wrote in the notes what you needed , we have the insurance claim I dont think you understand how they work, if you use insurance you pay your out of packet and then they complete the cost which they didnt even pay and thats what happens sometimes with insurance companies. I invited to see me in my ************** agreed and never showed ** then we called you and you hang up the phone then you send a new letter here what we are giving you in return for your evidences? I can contact *************** who did the work for you and explain the situation, or you can decide go to court and then we will need to let the lawyers resolve the problem knowing that is *************** who did the treatment. you can decide if you want me to contact him and come to my office to solve this problem or not .       I am really trying to resolve this issue peacefully and justly. I got a bridge done by your office in late April 2022, you said it was two years ago, I sent you a proof that the bridge was delivered in late April 2022. I have visited your office 3 times since complaining about discomfort, gap and food going underneath the bridge. I was always seen by ********************** who is the owner who each time sent me away saying he didnt see any issue with it. Last time I saw him was 3/31/23 at approx 2:30 pm in your ******************** location. He said I had a recession and a new bridge needed to be done but I had to pay you cash again and he didnt stay by the warranty which was supposed to be 1 year. He said your office makes thousands of these bridges a week and he has never had one single complaint and tried to gaslight me. That is why I sent you after a little investigation I found out your office has way too many complaints. I would also like a proof your office makes a thousand of these bridges a week, because that would be another false statement from your part. I was in such extreme discomfort and pain I had to see another dentist you was shocked I was sent away in those conditions without any treatment and recommended an immediate treatment because of the decay and infection. I wish to use Better Business Bureau as our mitigator as I havent had any success dealing with your office directly. Please propose a solution. I havent sent a lot of evidence of the 4 mm gap and faulty crown which lead to root canals and the urgent need of another bridge. I dont mind sending you more evidence I just dont see that you are trying to collaborate. I have been trying to get a just result peacefully, if you wish to proceed to the court I know *** tried my best to avoid it and get reason with your office. ********************** as a dentist and owner failed to help me and fix this issue therefore I hold him as the whole office accountable. 

      Please propose a solution to this issue and lets use Better Business Bureau as our mitigator in this case.

      I am a single female/Senior citizen age 70!My teeth needed alot of work so I opted for dental implants which began in July 2021 with Dental Crown in an Hour in ******, **. I dont have resources to pay cash! I used Care Credit Financing credit card! Before he completed the implants (upper and lower) an implant on upper broke off!I am in debt over $16,000 and they want another $4,000! They are refusing to fix the broken implant and complete this work! They asked me to see another one of their implant dentist who said you need 3-4 nasal bone ***** so I refused! Now noone is finishing this implant job and now all my teeth are gone . I pay Met Life High Option Dental, Medicaire, Aetna Advantage and Care Credit financing at $500 per month! Dentist said I owe another $4,000 and they havent even completed this job! Please help me!

      Patient *************************** came to our office for a complete treatment of Upper and Lower denture with implants, she accepted the treatment, but she is a very heavy smoker and that caused one of the implants to fail ( 4 were placed in the upper). I have all the emails where I kept telling her to come to see  Doctor so he can take a look but ******* is not consistent with her appointments, she doesnt answer the phone we have to call time after time until she can answer.

      She expressed she wanted to see another Doctor and not to the one who started the treatment, she was seen last week for one of our  surgeons, *************************** DDS, the Doctor suggested that since she smokes he may need to do a special bone treatment ( sinus lift) for better retention of her implants, she got upset and pulled her bib, screamed and walked away The doctor was just suggesting , we are not denying to finish her treatment. I got several emails from her threating and I kept telling ******* to come to the office to fix the problem. A treatment like hers, if she doesnt follow the appointments and she keep smoking  then that won't help. She can come back to finish the treatment with ********************* (the owner) we never denied treatment

      She paid us $16,000 of the $20,000 cost for her treatment, but she needs to say the truth before she writes these types of complaints. She can let me know what day and time is coming and we will put her in schedule. As I always told her in my emails.

      I went in for a crown on July 22nd 2022 and sat in the chair for 2 hours with only a novacaine shot done. After the 2 hour mark I got up due to me having to go back to work and not being able to waste any more time. I paid 1,952.00 up front for the services and requested a refund as soon I as I talked to the manager at the front counter. Today is the 2 week mark and the money has not been refunded. I have called daily and went in the office to find out what's going on to no avail.The manager and owner refuse to call me back or even give me an idea of what's going on.

The Dr. put the anesthesia after doing the examination, X-ray and treatment plan, He wanted to pay the least amount possible and then the Doctor explained what he really needed. We waited for him to be numb then the assistant started scanning the mouth for the crown. He told the assistant he has million dollar houses to work on and he left, he had a lot of anger in his eyes. I explained since he already paid, to get a refund was a process that take 7-10 business days. He was okay with that, I am a busy person just like he said he was, if I already told him it was refunded and even told him his money will be on his bank on August 5th 2022, I wouldn't think I'd to call him everyday with updates. On August 5th he got his money then he went to google to write a bad review and insult us, that was not enough and went to you to complain, but if he got his money I don't understand what else he wants. This world is like it is because people will waste time looking for revenge because something didn't happen like they were expecting then all they try to do is go all the ways possible to damage a reputation. I am attaching the copy of the refund issued. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
