      I ordered a copy of ********************************** Christmas" on Dec. 17, 2022. Attached below is my copy of the order confirmation. Their order says that I should have received a "confirmation email,' and to check my spam folder. I do that daily. Never ever received a confirmation email; HOWEVER,My Payment cleared my bank on 12/22/2022, as seen attached.In January I contacted them via their website on their "contact form." I still haven't heard from them at all. Their website has no phone number, and other websites list a phone number of ************** out of *********, ***. as their office number. That number belongs to a private citizen.

      The item the customer ordered was shipped on the 21st December. When she should have received the following message:

      Thank you for your order, it has now been processed and will be shipped today.

      Shipping usually takes around **** business days. The Standard Shipping
      option which you chose does not have a buyer track-able service, so we
      are the only ones who can track your order after 15 business days have
      passed.

      If she checks her spam folder I am sure it will be there.

      The item is shipped from ****** using the Royal Mail shipping company. Unfortunately, they had a series of workers strikes around that time. This was followed by a cyber attack around the middle of January, which has brought their overseas mail to a standstill.

      I am sorry about this delay, which is unavoidable. Your client can be assured it is stuck in their system, and will be with her as soon as possible.
      I understand their system will be back to normal in the next few days.

      I am not trying to avoid the issue, at the end of the day the customer will receive her order, if not, I will make sure she is refunded, which I would have done if it wasn't in transit like this.

      I am rejecting this response because: 1.  It's been nearly two months since the dvd was ordered.  2. I NEVER received any notice that it was shipped--even in my spam folder, as I check my spam folder daily and then empty it. Furthermore, when I order an item, I screenshot that order and put it in a desktop folder until the item is received.  If I receive an update as to shipping, then that, too, is screenshot and goes in the folder, as well.   3. DVDRare should have made it clear that this DVD was shipping from *******.  I have ordered cross stitch patterns from ******* and have received those in a timely manner, in spite of hackers and mail strike.  4. I would prefer to have a refund ASAP.

      The item has been shipped, if I refund and then the customer gets the item, which she will, am I to lose the item and the money to pay for it.

      It is on its way, I know it is frustrating, I am frustrated with these delays also.

      I am rejecting this response because I have no way of knowing when/if that item will arrive.  I ordered a gift from another company which the shipping company either misdelivered or never delivered.  I called the product company, and they immediately sent out a replacement product. THAT is customer service.  A business, like DVDRare, that provides neither a working phone number or address or email address by which to respond or ask questions sends up warning bells for me. I wish I had noticed that no contact information was available. I would have passed this by like a hot potato.  When a customer sends several emails and receives no response, then has to resort to getting the BBB involved, that company should be questionable at best.  The manager (or whoever ***** is) offered a refund as a way to settle this. That's what I chose.  Now, it seems that you're unwilling to make good on that.  So, you're "out" a dvd; as a customer, I am currently "out" both a DVD & the cost of the dvd, which was, frankly, outrageous, not to mention the frustration of dealing with a non-customer oriented company.   I'm waiting for my refund.

      I ordered movies from ********************** on 11/2/21- order number XXXXX I received an email with the tracking numbers for Royal Mail and USPS on 11/2/21. I have been checking daily and my 3 DVD's have not shipped and the company Rare World charged me for movies I have not received. I have been emailing the company daily and called the number listed for Rare World-Rareworld Media LLC address: 300 5th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102-6547 phone number:(407) 288-2840 I received a text from this number stating this is the wrong number. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I would like to know if I will actually ever receive my movies and if not I want a full refund.
