  I left a Review on this business. But I really want a formal complaint filed. I contracted with ********************* and Judd & Associate, aka J & A Judd & Associates, ***************** West Bay Contracting) on 10-14-22 to remove our family trailer which was totaled by hurricane ***. The work was completed on 10-20-22. ****************** and his company left our lot littered with broken glass, strewn metal pieces, strewn bricks and most important, broken sewer pipes on our trailer lot and the main sewer pipes of the trailer park that our lines fed into. We were in ******* 10-8-22 to 10-16-22 but had to return home before the trailer was removed. We have video of his equipment removing our and a neighbors trailers which destroyed/crushed/broke our pipes. I also have photos of our lot, e-mails and text messaging. ****************** was notified of this damage by me with text message and photos in late Nov/early Dec when my brother discovered he'd lied to us and found the damage after a trip there. He responded to my brother and sister in law on the broken pipe issues until he got angry, told them never to call him again and hung up on them. He did not stand behind his work, he lied to me on the phone, he claims to be insured but has refused to respond to my additional text messages and e-mail asking him to repair the broken pipes and stand behind his work. He left us being responsible for these pipe repairs, and the work digging trenches. Family had to travel, secure housing, pay gas all for said lot issues and pipe repairs. It cost us money for what he should have repaired and paid for. ****************** was in phone contact, and texted with me several times before the work was completed. But as soon as we reported the trailer parks written complaints to us on the state of our and the neighbors lots, then the subsequent damage we found, he "ghosted us". Over a month later, he's never responded further or repaired his equipment's damage to our property. I couldn't upload all info yet.

  The contract signed was to remove the trailer only. We were not responsible for cleaning up any garbage or debris on the lot that we are not contracted to remove.
