    In April 2024, I ordered a driveway gate from a company despite my reservations due to negative reviews. I called the owner, ****, who assured me that he had resolved past customer issues. Reluctantly, I decided to proceed. However, several weeks passed without any communication from ****. After I complained, he sent his son and daughter-in-law to install the gate posts.The gate was supposed to be installed between the last week of May and the first week of June. It is now the third week of July, and there is still no gate. Concerned about my dispute window with my credit card, I disputed the charge. In response, **** sent a picture of a gate frame but couldn't identify which frame was mine, and it didn't have the slats installed, leaving me doubtful.Two more weeks passed with **** promising to install the gate rail, but he never showed up or called.

    Beware of this guy. Find someone else. He goes by John M***** but uses a Facebook profile as art shirk. I recently had a job done by him, and it was the worst experience I could’ve asked for. At the time I booked him there were no other published reviews on him. I should have waited or found someone else. First he asks you for the down payment, which I understand, but then he will not respond to any phone calls or text messages. When you’re spending thousands of dollars on a gate, I expect the common courtesy and decency for updates if you’re not gonna make a deadline. He missed every single deadline. He told me it would take roughly 2 to 3 weeks for entire completion. It ended up taking over two months. he forgot parts of his contract. He forgot parts of the order. He stopped responding for over a week when he was going to show up. Took days off of work and he never came. Never called. Never texted or emailed. I lost thousands because of him. He then responded about a week later and said he had a medical issue and he will get it done asap. It took about 5 weeks from then. As for the quality, I am happy to share pictures with anyone. It’s a joke. He said he couldn’t do it so he had his son do the majority of it. There’s globs of grout spackle in places and in multiple places it’s missing grout. I asked him about it and he said it’s right. His son put the post too far apart from the columns and our animals could get out. He demands payment while he’s there or same day often when job is incomplete! To date I have not been able to get him on the phone, except he called to demand payment once. I spoke to him for 2 seconds and he hung up on me. I have reported him to BBB and the state. This guy is unprofessional , unable to make deadlines or communicate , does questionable work - again happy to share images with anyone, inconsiderate , and when I tried to reason with him- there’s no reason to just hang up on them. I asked him if he’s proud of his work, he was silent!
