Dec 9th 2022 I requested my fence be repaired and the receptionist informed me i would have to give a $125 deposit for estimate and that it would go towards the repair, 3 days later a young man came out and took a few pictures saying it had to be reviewed by an estimator. right before the holidays i called and was told its under review and would receive an estimate soon. Jan5th i was again told the same thing. 5 weeks later i have received absolutely nothing after several calls and emails requesting a simple explanation. i asked my money be refunded to no avail.Business response

This job was withdrawn by the customer on February 13, 2023 and a refund approved and mailed out via check on the same day to the address on file. Please see below for the details on what transpired between the customer and the **********************:
On December 8, 2022, this customer called into our office requesting a to have his fence repaired due to **************************** He was informed that a $125 fee is required for scheduling an estimate. In the event that the customer moves forward with the estimate, the $125 charge will go towards the remaining balance. Otherwise, this fee is non-refundable. He agreed to the terms and paid via credit card. An estimator was onsite on December 12, 2022. Unfortunately, due to the volume and complexity of estimate requests the company received due to Hurricane ***, the time-frame it took for an estimate to be created was longer than normal. An estimate was created on January 11, 2023 and emailed to the customer. This customer emailed the office on January 13, ************************************************************************************** junk folders. This customer requested a refund on February 13, 2023, and due to the delay in receiving his estimate, a full refund via check was approved and mailed out.
