      On March 30th my wife and I placed an order and submitted a $3000 deposit for a luxury vinyl wood floor that we were told was in stock and they had no problem getting it installed for us in two weeks. I placed a phone call on April 4th to follow up with our order because I did not receive any communication from Hadinger Flooring. They informed me on April 4th that they did not yet place the order because they were awaiting confirmation on the order even though we confirmed and they accepted our deposit of $3000. Then I received no communication at all from Hadinger flooring so I had to call them back again to follow up on April 11th. At this point they then informed me that the product I ordered was backordered. The reason it was backordered is because they failed to place the order when they took our deposit on the 30th when it was available. We asked them to provide us with proof of date that they ordered the product and they did not want to provide us with this information because they knew they failed to place the order when they accepted our deposit which caused us to not have the product that we wanted be available for us. So, they held our deposit for 16 days in which we have yet to even receive a full refund for the deposit we placed. This is absolutely unnacceptable that a company practices these types of principles and allows their employees to operate a business such as this. I would highly suggest not using them as a flooring company. There customer service is extremely poor and apparently they do not care about training their employees on how to deliver an acceptable sales experience. We are completely unsatisfied with every aspect of their business from sales reps to management/ownership for how they handled this situation.
