On Saturday June 15th 2024 at 11:47 MR. TOP Garage Doors Repair Services went to my parent's house to check out their garage door that was moving a little slower than normal. My parents are senior citizens. Mom is 84 and Dad is 81. I always like to be there for them whenever they are thinking about some kind of new purchase or repair due to their age. Unfortunately, I was not able to be there. What a mistake that was. They convinced my elderly parents that they needed a whole new motor, springs, and drums. After the job was complete my dad paid them in full $2698.00 which I believe was very high. That's ok though. However, my Dad noticed that the unit is missing some screws (please see pic). A couple of days later I send pics and a message to "***" who did the install. *** said he is sorry and will come out and finish completing the job within the next couple of days. Well, a few days past and no one has heard from ***. I called the office and explained the situation. The lady said someone will be contacting us to schedule a time to come out and complete the job. Of course, no one calls us back. I called the office again and asked to speak to a manager. A manager texted (see attachment) me stating he tried calling me and that was it. I called him back and even sent a text. Never heard back from him either. Yesterday I sent a text who I believe is the office manager stating my concern. She texted me back stating that someone 100% did come out and fixed it. That is 100% FALSE!!!! No one has ever came back out to finish the job (please see attachment) It is now more than a month, and they still have not contacted us back to fix the problem. This has been a horrible experience dealing with these people. Very unprofessional and they are 100% liars. Look at all my documentation. I need them to contact us **** and get back out to my parent's house to finish putting the rest of the screws in.
