I have a Generac generator that is only three years old. It has a monitor on it which provides me with information once a week when it exercises. Naples Generator came to my house and provided a yearly service/check up for the generator on September 12, 2022. Before they came out, the generator had been working fine without any issues. After they came out, seven days later when it exercised it faulted. I tried calling them, but they require you to text message their offices. So we texted them. They did nothing. When the generator attempted to exercise again, and faulted once more. I sent them an email concerning the fact that the generator wasnt working. I also commented in my email that I was concerned because hurricane *** was on its way to Naples. No one responded to my email. I tried calling their offices, but they were not taking calls. Hurricane *** hit and I lost power for over a week. Everything in my freezer/refrigerator were ruined. After the storm, I again attempted to contact Naples Generator with no success. I hired another contractor to service the generator, and when he did he commented that it had not previously been service properly and that was why it failed to work during the hurricane.When I finally reached Naples Generator, I asked them to at least refund me $375 for their service call that caused my generator to fail, but in response they told me flat out No and texted me back stating I am not refunding you and just dispute the change your credit card company.
