In March 2023 I renewed my annual Landscaping contract for $810. The business owner ****** had assured me that if the contract needed to be canceled for whatever reason, she would reimburse amount of the remaining contract. After selling my home 6 months into contract, I have reached out to her numerous times ( at leasr 25 times) and she has assured she would reimburse for $405 the remaining balance not used. Her voicemail most recently has been full and I'm afraid she will pass her debt along to the new owner. My hesitancy in filing a complaint was that she will sell the company to her worker ****** who has been excellent and I did not want to tarnish his reputation. Unfortunately after many chances she will not send a check or reimburse via Zelle. I have been a loyal customer and understanding thus far but she has not been true to her word.Initial Complaint

I called Sergmar's office number at least six times to cancel my account. They do a good job cutting the grass but their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone and they don't return calls. The voice recording doesn't even say that it is a business. It say's, "You have reached ************ please leave a message." I have sold my house and they are still showing up to cut the grass. The new owners are asking what is going on. I have been calling for two weeks asking to cancel and send me a final bill. I will dispute any charges they make after November 4th. This is a poorly managed company.Business response
