  On 8/31 I signed up for a 3 month, live, interactive mastermind class. I paid $3500 I have been waiting for a hip replacement surgery since April 2020 Due to Covid it was cancelled 5 times. Two days before my last surgery (8/16) date, a woman ran a red light and hit me on the drivers side of my car and totaled it (8/13). My surgery was cancelled for the following Monday again due to Covid. Which was fine as my surgeion would not have operated because of the amount of physical trauma i sustained in the accident. I mention this because after this accident i was left in extreme pain. I was unable to walk, I was going to physical therapy. On 9/2 my surgeon called me, said the the hospital is opening back up, Covid numbers were down. He said he could schedule my surgery for 9/13, the same day that my class was starting. I messaged Keri right away to inform her that i was finally getting my surgery and that I would be unable to attend. She is refusing refund. I even offered $500

I have a NO Refund policy that is on my website and checkout page that she had access to. **** ***** has received all detailed and copyrighted intellectual information. She has access to 2 Private Facebook groups that also contain private information that is only available to paying clients, plus one 1:1 private coaching call. This was not an interactive program. (Again, misinformation) Services already rendered, portals opened, content viewed by **** numerous times. She accessed the video vaults several times on more than one occasion. (I can see that from the back end of my program). She has been active in the Private Facebook groups and is still currently in them actively commenting and participating. **** has spent years in my free programs and I've had countless calls with her for free. She was in my free 5 day masterclass leading up to this paid group, and was also on the interactive Zoom question & answer call the day this paid program was offered for sale. She had plenty of time to gather all of the necessary information needed to make a wise decision and we discussed this decision multiple times until she was ready to commit. She agreed to commit and took a spot that was only available to a select few at a massive discount. I purposely reached out to make sure she was serious so she didn't take the spot away from someone else. She agreed 100%. She also has already used her private 1:1 call with me that was included. Only one call was included and she has had 2. She has wasted countless hours of my time and energy with messages, emails and threats with misinformation and lies. There has already been a complaint filed with the Florida Bar on her attorney friend for emails of extortion, slander and threats of nothing but untrue statements. This is nothing other than a nuisance case just as her 100's of other messages and emails have been. As stated before, she is still accessing all of the information, is still in the private groups actively participating and gathering information and has used not 1 but 2 private coaching calls. The no refund policy stands especially when she has received absolutely more than she paid for. Keri J. If the back end can see my access, you could see that I have in fact watched one video. ONE. I have not been "active" in the groups. One or two comments have been made stating that I can not catch up to the rest of the class. I had a medical situation, a surgery i had waited A year and a half for. As for all the misnformation, when I paid for the class kerry never ever directed me towards a sales page or closing page for all of this information or terms and comditions. In fact, I even said that I don't know what I signed up for I was just excited to work with her. Any professional would have sent me somewhere hat hat states what I'm signing up for and all policies attached. She just wanted to get the money and didn't care if I ever took the class. Our industry is based on empathy and ethics, which Keri displayed none of. Keri should get her facts straight and her morals in order. She is preying on people for money, not offering a service to help anyone. I have asked repeatedly for a detailed receipt and a copy of her terms and have been ignored. Her unprofessionalism is embarrassing and taught me exactly what I don't want to be as a coach. This is clearly a case of bait and switch. The support offered is null and void as I don't want to work with a fraud. Real coaches offer a satisfaction guaranteed or money back option. I even offered her $500 transaction fee for her trouble and for watching her ONE video on meditation. I'll be sure to never ever recommend her services to anyone. She is a thief. I will be submitting paperwork proving that i asked for my money back within 72 hours of payment being made. Not good Karma for an alleged manifestation coach. This will come back to her, she knows how this works.
