Called BB locksmith to change locks on 4 doors and asked for all new locks, person on phone said much cheaper to re-key locks, i said ok. Technician showed up at time requested on 8/15/2022 at 3:00. Started working on locks. I asked several times why it was taking so long. Response was doing best i can but i have to pick locks to re-key them. This would not be necessary had new locks been brought as requested. Also charged for 8 combination changes when work order states balcony dead bolt twisted why would you re-key. I called their office twice and asked to have this reviewd. It is now 3 days later and no call from company. My contention is service call and 400.00 worth of locks and we are good. Repairing their way cost 892.50. Also upset they do not have the courtesy to call me back. Also they keyed rear door of apartment A the same as front door of apartment B for some strange reason. I can't have that for security reasons. Invoice number XXXXXX dated 8/15/2022.Business response
