Veronica M. Lawson "Ronnie" was hired to take pictures of our boat after we were hit by a drunken boater. She was unprofessional and provided a false, manipulated report. She was verbally abusive on the phone & difficult to contact or show up. She called me "darling" & said she was on holiday. The exact 2 areas on our hull that are damaged were the 2 areas he rammed us in reverse with his motor twice. His prop had damaged the underside in one area leading to water coming into our boat. This was very straightforward. When she finally showed up 2 hrs late she lied in her report about the cause of her late, blaming us. She was informed in plenty of time in video recording, but lied about it creating a scene. She took pics of scuff marks easily buffed out that were not damage or where he hit us & put this in the report. She stated that the damage which she never examined under the water line-as she came unprepared-no wet suit or water proof cam-was due to a mooring she never examined or measured. She falsely claimed it was from a chain she never saw, measured or examined. This mooring was engineered by the city who worked with us to make sure it didn't come in contact with our boat & diff from the rest of the other boats.Instead of investigating that, she lied showing her intention of manipulating in an attempt to disprove the real facts. She called the gouge down to fiberglass in the side of our boat a "scrape". She excludes that the perpetrator refused to provide his insurance. Prolonging the time of her coming out, she never examined anything for over month, giving the perpetrator plenty of time to change the evidence. Rather she suggests there is no evidence he struck us, though he admits it, offered to pay and avoid insurance and you can see damage & white paint on his cowlings. She measures the gouge & states there is an 11 inch difference, but never states that her boat was going up and down as boats do in water, & his was and 11 inches is nothing. It was recorded.Business response
