    I hired this company May 13 and made a deposit for moving date May 23 which I got a quote for $1800 not exceeding $1950 and for 8 hours moving time. My card was charged $1942 plus the $100 deposit made. 3 Movers arrived on the date, 1 spoke no English. They broke down, wrapped the furnitures and pack them in the truck. Moving time went from 8 to 16 hours which ended at 2am the next day. On arrival n unpacking my 70" T.V. broke which the movers pointed out n took pictures of which they blamed on the guy that spoke no English. My console glass table was cracked, where 1 of the movers said how did that happen n the company is going to take it out of their pay.I felt bad for them!! Then the baby chest of draw came out was totally damaged, the bottom n back broken n the draws hung out. ****** the main guy said don't worry we'll take the chest to get it fixed if not fixable I'll be compensated. We unpacked my newborn clothes in containers so he could take the chest to fix. A week later hadn't heard anything I called spoke to ******* was told they'll be filing a claim complain for my damage items. I asked about the chest she said they can't find it.2 wks later still no contact n called no response. I went to the office spoke to a ***** said he's the owner, he was beyond words disrespectful and said he doesn't have time for ******* items and his dog was more important than I was. I left ******* called me 2dys later asking for pictures of the items to start the claim I emailed them. 5wks in I called to find out what's happening n if they've located my chest was told NO again n I need to send pictures again. I have not heard anything further! Would like to be compensated for my items that were damaged n most importantly my newborn clothes chest that still haven't been located n has put me a position to find things to store his clothes. If I had known they were like this I wouldn't have hired them at all.

    I hired this company to move my furniture to my new home here in Naples FL, moving distance was about 40 mins from one location to the next. Cynthia did a quote for $1800 and should take 8 hours she called me several times to confirm, and I really believe this was a reputable company since they had a 4* rating. The movers showed up 3 guys 1 spoke no English at all the main guy's name was Dennis. They started packing n moving the furniture's slowly the moving process took 16 hours ending at 2am the next day. it gets worse from here.... unpacking the items I realize my console glass table is damage they're pretending it was like that even though they took pictures of everything that had a scratch or crack, my 70'' tv got damage they blame it on the guy that didn't speak English, 1 guy kept saying ohm they're going to take it out of my pay I can't believe it. When they took out my newborn chest of drawers it fell apart the drawers were hanging out, the bottom fell out and the back broke. We emptied all his clothes in a container because Dennis told me the company will try fixing the item or compensating me for it. We are now 4 weeks in they cannot find the item that was brought in. Iam being asked repeatedly to send pictures which i did. I went by their office and spoke to a Pedro who says he's the owner he was very disrespectful and told me his dog comes first before locating my child chest of drawer and he doesn't have time for me. I'm yet to hear from anyone else pertaining the claim they said they started. People need to stay away from this company they are the worst to deal with they need to be put out of business!!
