    On May 13th, I leased a new Mazda CX-90 utilizing a trade of a 2021 Infiniti QX80 and a down payment of $6,000 for a monthly lease payment of $1030 without any service warranties or additional lease warranty. Vehicle was registered and insured for 2 weeks, before the dealership contacted me indicating that the *** on the paperwork was incorrect and that I needed to come back in. I went back to the dealership on May 28th after contacting them to have the new paperwork drawn up for quick signature as I needed to leave work and do this before grabbing my kids from school. Paperwork was not ready to go and I had to wait. The correct *** clearly resulted in a value less than the incorrect ***, so the lease was re-done to now included service warrant and lease warranty to maintain the same $1030. I signed paperwork and had to rush out to get my kids from school and when I came home carefully reviewed documents. The lease agreement clearly indicates that I am able to cancel both warranties in 30 days for full refund. I called the dealership back and spoke to the ** indicating that was a terrible thing to do that and that my monthly payment should have reflected the price without the warranty as the initial lease agreement did not include this. He was very rude. I spoke with ***** on 5/30 and confirmed that I could remove the service warranty and lease warranty for full refund within 30 days. I asked him to push the paperwork through and I would pursue that avenue. My trade has yet to be paid off! According to FL statue 319.24(5) the dealership has 10 days to pay the loan on the trade and this has not happened. I also contacted Mazda ********* Services and they have no record of the application for this lease that was run on 5/13. Reviewing customer complaints on the dealership website and this seems like common practice for them. It's negligent to file incorrect *** numbers for the convenience of changing the deal weeks later. This is fraud & bad business.
